I really like this place. Easy and simple menu with affordable prices. You have an option to go through the drive thru, inside, and to go.The inside and outside were super clean. I ordered the Cobb salad, cheeseburger, and loaded fries ??Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers, salads, and plenty other options.Parking: Very spacious parking area.

Obsessed with this place. It’s got everything. Great service, great food, great place for the kids to run around and it’s safe. They’re usually out of Sauvignon Blanc, but I will happily drink rosé.

I think my burger from lunch gave me food poisoning. That or it was all the grease.

Got a kid burger for my 87 year old dad and it was the perfect size for him. He commented on how good it tasted.

A solid fast food style burger place, comparable to Custer's or In-And-Out. This location was not packed, but slightly messy, on a recent Saturday lunchtime.

Discovering this burger haven was a delight. Having experienced another branch, I'm impressed by the consistent standards across locations. The clever layout simplifies the ordering process, providing a choice of indoor or outdoor seating, including an expansive tent connected to a playground—an ingenious touch for lively kids eager to play before their meal.Service is swift, and the condiments are elegantly displayed in pumps, offering an array of choices. Every bite of the burgers resonates with freshness and juiciness. Hats off to Hat Creek Burger for this impressive experience! ??Vegetarian options: Menu had lots of optionsDietary restrictions: Can customize menu just ask the wait staffParking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Playground on premises, great kids meal optionsWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and wide doors for east access

[1/2024][$33] Pretzel Burger and Fredericksburger.Bad value. a combo came with a small fries and small drink. Burger’s size is comparable to Big Mac with one extra beef patty.In-n-Out is better value. These burgers were similar in quality as In-n-Out burgers.Burgers were better than typical cheap fast food burger joints. My guess is you come here for atmosphere but not sure whether that’s a draw. You can order beer and wine with salty burgers. I would actually go to like BJ’s for the similar price. However, cash register didn’t ask for a tip, so, that’s a plus.I would come here if I don’t want to deal with typical cheap burger joint experience. But you can always go to In-n-Out for that.Cashier was friendly and restaurant was clean.

Hat creek has a great concept and deserves 3 stars just for that. If you haven’t been definitely check it out at least once. We had a very ho-hum experience for lunch — it took MUCH longer than normal to place the order and when another customer in line questioned the manager on this they simply replied sorry the cashier is in training and did not offer to open up the other register. The burgers were decent but seem to have gone downhill a bit over the last year. Maybe this chain grew too fast? Great concept but needs a LOT more focus back on the basics to give a good customer experience.

I had their burgers when I first moved to my new place. First of all their fries are amazing. But the real staying power is the burgers. My go to has jalapeños and grilled onions.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: They have kid friendly section outside with a play areaWheelchair accessibility: No steps and the foundation has a wheelchair ramp

Was really pleasantly surprised! Very kid friendly. Food was better than McDonalds but not more expensive given McDs prices now. Had the Fredericksburger and loved the uniqueness of it and the spiciness of the sauerkraut. The fries were well seasoned. Dipping sauces were unique options and tasty. Everything tasted super fresh!
