Had the best hamburger ever. Ordered the goat cheese and Fig burger. My gosh, it was awesome.

Burger way overcooked. Haystack onions ice cold. Bread dried out. This is NOT what I expect from Haystack. I am very disappointed. Also if people don’t like their jobs they should find new ones.

Had the seasonal burger which was a fig and goat cheese burger. BEST BURGER

Was looking for a new place to grab lunch and I’m glad I was recommended this place. Food and service was exceptional! Food had so much flavor and quality was fresh. Highly recommend!

Prices were a little high. Ordered the Ruben and wasn't impressed, but my son said his burger was great and the cheese sticks were good.

Kid-friendliness: The staff was great! We cane in with half a high school hockey team and they were able to serve us quickly and didn't mind the boys wandering between tables.

The food is always delicious, but when we went for dinner last night the inside space smelled strongly of cleaning products. Luckily we were able to sit outside on the patio.

DO NOT EAT!! Went in for lunch my co worker and I ordered two burgers no bacon, when they brought it out it had bacon so we asked them for a new one but with no bacon when I looked into the kitchen I noticed a guy take the bacon out and eat it but the worst part is he wasn't wearing gloves and neither were any of the cooks, that completely spoiled our appetite so I went up to cancel the order and the guy who had picked the bacon out fixed some stuff on his screen and I watched him scratch the inside of his nose twice and scratch his hair 3 times and to make matters worse he went to the restroom after me I went BC I saw he was walking towards there and I dried the sink and went out, I then went back in after he was done and noticed the sink was still dry so he didn't even wash his hands!! Boy was I glad I cancelled my order all the employees need to be fired and the place needs new management this is very unacceptable and I hope an inspector goes in and shuts y'all down and from looking at other reviews people have gotten sick and for the nasty employee this may sound childish but search up lester from GTA and that's what he looks like u will recognize if you go AGAIN DO NOT EAT FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH!!!!

When you complain all of a sudden they're not speaking English!. One of the many places that will not be open long because of poor customer service ,complete disconnect with the customers ,.etc. Worst burger and service in Dallas.

OK for a neighborhood place, but not worth the drive if you don't live close by. Their menu and prices would have you thinking that this is a top burger place, unfortunately it is below average compared to better places throughout Dallas at the same price point.

Disappointed but now know to drive a little further to a twisted root or other great hamburger place.

My burger was great. No issues there. However, each time I visit, my fries are either stale or bottom of the barrel. Never fresh fries. All my fries were crumbs or broken pieces of fries. Not likely to patron any time soon.

The hamburger patties are amazing! One of my new favorites is the special goat cheese & fig burger.

Gluten free buns are good too, most places Gluten free bread is dry and falls apart, not at Haystack.
