This Location closed during Covid, and is No longer in business as an IHOP.It reopened under new management as a Taco Bell Cantina. All the reviews and information about the location and IHOP should be removed.It has zero parking available for drivers not possessing a UTD (University of Texas at Dallas) parking pass or a visitor parking pass. P-lot is to the north of it, it is colocated on the ground level of the C-Lot parking garage building. It offers robot food delivery via the Starship app in an area limited to the general area of the University.The Taco Bell Cantina offers alcoholic drinks, including several beers, and additions to their standard Taco Bell frozen drinks- all which must be consumed on the premises.Someone PLEASE remove the IHOP identity and all the reviews from when this location was an IHOP. Everything has changed.

Even though they were really busy we got the best customer service I've had in a very long time.Everyone from the hostess to our amazing server Jerral and the manger was awesome. The food was great and our server Jerral not only got our order right ,he just had one of those personalities that lights up the world!I know how hard it is right now in the service industry because I am a server for 45 years .So I highly recommend eating here.

Been standing here about 40 minutes now. About 3 families that got here before us have been sitting waiting. Another 2 families behind us.. no employee has said a word to any of us. Lots of empty tables but no one is being seated or served.

Hours are not clear, show up at 8am doors locked...but web says they are open. This has happened many times, not to mention Campus Breaks where the web says they are open and in fact Closed for months. I would go more often but due to the inconsistent hours, its easier to go to 7-11.

This is the UTD IHOP, and it's pretty decent. The personalities here are great! They're so sweet.
iHops are great, yet this one doesn't have a full menu and doesn't seem to nail how to make a pancake some times. You at least get them fast.

UTD IHOP. Food is okay, but the place is pretty meh in general compared to other IHOPs. Parking very difficult unless you're a student. Overall a decent place for simple pancakes and omelettes though, just don't come here expecting peak IHOP.
