The fry sauce and the apple bbq sauce was good but neither spicy flavors of which wings were spicy at all. They omitted a few things from our order that were paid for as well. The curly fries definitely need seasoning on them as well. Was highly disappointed

Food poisoning - tried this place for the first time, they have smoked wings on the menu so I thought I’d try them. Ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. I could elaborate, but this order cost me thousands of dollars and nearly my life. Short story, avoid at all costs.

Kinda aggravatedwith my first experience here, the wings are great, but I didn't get the smoked wings that I payed a dollar extra for.... plus they didn't give me a sauce at all, from my understanding all the wing baskets come with ranch, but I got no sauce at all. So 3 stars for me. Had I gotten what I ordered and my sauce it would have probably been 5, but those are kind of a big deal when it comes to wings, the type of wings and the sauce sooo kinda dulled the experience for me

We tried to eat at the Chili's in Richardson, TX. We were seated promptly and provided menus. Unfortunately, we waited 20 minutes before the Server approached us to inquire about beverages and/or food. We asked for wine and 3 separate times the server returned to the table to explain they were out of that particular wine. Considering the selection was very limited to begin with, this seemd very strange and made us question the ability of the restuarant to provide quality food. After an even longer wait during the various times we were informed of the lack of wine choices, we left the restuarant without ordering any food or drinks. I would not recommend this Chili's restuarant. This was a very strange experience.
