Erica was very mean and had the worst attitude ever, we felt disappointed and decided to tell her they had poor management but instead of saying sorry she asked if I still wanted to order with an attitude and then closed then window saying we can go somewhere else. I feel very disappointed by how she even took my order when I got to the drive through, started raising her voice at me when I corrected her on what I wanted since she had the order wrong herself.

I ate here a few days ago at 2:40am and it was my second time going through the drive-through in the middle of the night here. Both times I had a great experience from the same employee., David. Even though there probably wasn’t another customer for maybe a half hour, the food was hot, fast, and delicious both times and David had a great attitude. Though I’m sure he was quite tired at that hour. He got my complete special order correct and my fries were filled up rather than, half filled as I am used to at that hour. Thanks a lot, David!

Inedible. Got a spicy chicken sandwich and it's burnt and has an acrid taste that I'm not sure I want to know where it comes from. Rarely do I throw out a meal I've already paid for, but this was truly foul.

Sorry if im coming off as a Karen but damn how am i not supposed to be frustrated and angry after making me wait. somehow not getting my name and mobile order after repeatedly telling them at the speaker for 5 minutes which they magically got right after telling them at the window, only to find my fries and burger missing.

Just drove through after a concert that ended late. Ordered 4 tacos, a jumbo jack, and small curly fries for my dad, a jumbo jack for my husband, and small curly fries and mini churros for myself. Got home, too exhausted to drive back, and my churros are missing AND we were charged for them. The only reason I went to Jack in the Box was for mini churros. I only ordered curly fries so I could eat something resembling real food. I wanted the churros.
