I don't understand this place! Are jack in the box managers even conducting checks on this restaurant? Why do you let a homeless man live inside your restaurant!? Kick him out! He's not your problem! Contact the police department and have him escorted off your property! You should not allow homeless individuals to claim space inside the restaurant! This individual should be at Home Depot trying to get a job! Everytime I come here, the same person is sitting in the same seat with his belongings. Please direct him to the homeless shelter! I don't want to come here anymore since they won't tell this individual to leave!

My order is always wrong, drive throu is the worst at night. It wasn't just one time. Multiple times. I ask for something and it's not even added to my order. I say I'm not done ordering and they force me to the window. Its just bad.

Why exactly was the young man working alone tonight at 1 in the morning? That doesn't seem safe and it's most likely out of policy.
It took a few minutes, obviously, since he's alone, but he got us taken care of. I'm more concerned about him being alone.
That was the freshest best tasting grilled chicken sandwich I've had from jack n box in years veggies were also fresh and crisp
