Harry took very good care of us. The restaurant was busy, but the food was served nice and hot! Always delicious

Food was excellent and service was great! Server had nice recommendations for our order. Dumplings were tasty, soup very good and Entrée of Dan Dan noodles with shredded pork and eggplant with garlic sauce were awesome. We will be back!

Our waiter made the evening more enjoyable because he was very knowledgeable about each dish on the menu. We all really enjoyed the delicious food and his service. Highly recommend Jen Chi's Restaurant!!

Excellent food and amazing service The first time we visited the veng Chi Restaurant. The food was amazing and the flavor exquisite. We are vegetarian and got impressed with the wide variety of vegetarian options. We tried several options, all or them delicious. The vegetarian dumplings were delicious, the veggie rice and vegetables were delicious too. The prices are great. Great location to eat and enjoy great food with the family.

What a wonderful experience...and a LOT of the credit goes to Harry! Every dish he steered us to was exceptional. He didn't just recommend, he took the time to school us in all things Jeng Chi. He was so knowledgeable ~ from descriptions of the handmade preparations to little inside tips on how best to enjoy what we ordered! We had four appetizers, and 6 entrees (two of them were lighter: fried rice & beef noodles). Everything was scrumptious...especially the soup dumplings, the orange chicken (so savory), the salt and pepper shrimp, and the green beans. Ask for him if you go, and follow his lead! We drove from Denton, and even though it was a bit of a journey, we can't wait to go back.

I've been coming to Jeng Chi with my parents since I was a kid. Came back as an adult and it was exactly how I remembered. Since then I haven't been in a while and at my most recent visit it was very disappointing. Food was bland as well as the spice level. We ordered very common dishes and it took a very long time for everything to come out. The authenticity of the flavors had been toned down for the American pallet, which is very disappointing.

Jeng Chi is a family favorite. The dumplings are delicious. We shared four different entrees and all were delightful. On a Monday night the restaurant was busy but not crowded. The service was excellent and our waitress most helpful. A relaxing visit with friends from San Francisco who found the food and ambiance enjoyable.

Food was good, server was very nice and attentive. Just wish our food had all come out at same time. Entrees were not served to our party of four at same time. Very annoying to have to wait while entrees are served staggered. Food should be served to everyone at same time. Excuse given was they were very busy. Not valid excuse. Will try again, hopefully this was exception not the rule.

Great dumplings and a huge menu. There is something for everyone. Everything is delicious and plentiful. Servers are very attentive. I recommend making reservations as some times the wait can be long.

The food was delicious and very quickly prepared, served hot and fresh. The vegetables were cooked to perfection and the chicken was excellently done in all three of our entrees. Our server, Jessica, was attentive without hovering, friendly and professional. We felt welcomed and appreciated for being there. It was amazing watching her box up the leftovers without spilling a single grain of rice or drop of sauce, not just then, but working quickly and deftly throughout the meal to make it a delightful experience. Thank you for contributing to a pleasant evening celebrating my parents' anniversary.

Absolutely fantastic. 1st visit and will not be my last. No wonder this place is so busy, one of the better dining experiences, food and service wise I've had in the area.

Subpar food. Might be because I specifically chose a dish without MSG. Service also subpar. There are better choices in that area for the same or less money.

Love coming to Jeng Chi they have the best dumplings. We tried the Moo Shi Pork this time and it is now our new favorite. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quaint. The servers are very nice, attentive and ensure you enjoy your food and visit.

Apparently the first 10 times I asked if a sauce was vegan and told it was, the wait staff didn't understand what vegan was, so they've been serving it as vegan despite it containing chicken stock. Same with the veggies dumplings, told three different things by 3 different people. Do NOT try to order anything you need allergy or dietary information on. So disappointed.
