Has to be the slowest and worst customer service jersey mikes shop tbh at i been to.They got my order wrong and refused to edit it because the sandwich was made even though i was willing pay the difference for the wrong sandwich which was by the way 60 cents difference.

So so slow. This is the slowest sandwich shop in town. This is now my third order using their app where it takes at least 30-45 minutes for the order to be ready. The app said the food would be ready today at 11:29a. It’s now 11:45a and they haven’t yet started my order. As other people come in asking for orders, they prioritize them over others. It’s very inefficient and chaotic.And an update - after 40 minutes the entire order was WRONG! But this wasn’t the restaurants issue - the mobile app did not provide the custom sandwich instructions. There’s something really wrong between the app and this restaurant.I’ll stay a Jersey Mike customer but I’m never returning to this location.

Placed an online order 20 minutes before showing up for pickup, waited another 30 minutes before ready. This team needs to figure it out. Then brought 4 sandwiches home and the Philly was cold because it was sitting in the bag for 15+ minutes while the cold sandwiches were not yet made.

I eat here at least once per week. One guy remembers my order.Dietary restrictions: Vegan option: #14 on white bread. Substitute avocado instead of cheese. The yellow mustard is vegan as well.

I’ve ordered in the app several times and they can never get it right. When I let them know the employees and manager act like I did something wrong.I don’t understand how hard it can be to read the notes of an order. If it’s not possible to get it right don’t allow notes in the app when ordering.
The food was okay, but wheat bread was the only choice. There was no ice tea, sweetened or unsweetened, and the only available tea in the cooler was sweet tea. 6 customers walked out, because by the time we finished our subs, there was no bread at all. 3 people were working, so surely one of the could be making tea and baking bread. We won't be returning to this location!

Ran out of bread at 5:30.... Wow - how do you run a jersey Mike at peak dinner hours without bread. I watched four customers walk out because of this. Also out of unsweetened tea. No unsweetened tea available for those who watch their sugar levels. I hope this one location doesn't turn into a subway like.

So I can tell when the manager is gone. Cause no customer service today young man walk up looked at me walk off got gloves came back and just stood I said hello 3 times still he just looking at me and still got the order wrong had to pay twice. Good help hard to find.....

Wish there was information posted somewhere that even though everything online states that they are open until 9 they close their grill and turn off lights at 8:30 so most of the menu is unavailable.
