Sandwich was beautiful will be going back, great service, workers very respectful!! Love it!
I got bad food poisoning a few days ago after eating a sub from here. They close at 9pm and I walked in around 8:40pm and they had already cleaned up and put everything away. I could tell they were annoyed I walked in. Well someone there wasn’t following proper sanitary rules that’s all I can say.
Kayla made the sandwiches perfectly. Quality was perfect
I'm not sure what happened but I got a bad stomach bug after eating here yesterday. Ate it ate home, it was still hot and then not too long after I started feeling extremely sick. I hope its not food poisoning or norovirus due to food borne illnesses here.
Ruined our lunch did a pick up order for a cheesesteak bowl and they put chicken instead of beef I’m highly allergic to chicken.
Reasonable price on liquor
The best cold subs in Richardson TX! I really dig the Italian sub. This place blow SubWay out of the water. I wonder how well it holds up against Firehouse across the street (I'm new to both chains, after being a SubWay fan for 7 years). Will be back for more and more!
PS: I love the vintage music they put on the speakers (late 1950s, 1960s)

Employees at this location are slow and lazy. I spent over 20 minutes to get 1 sub with 1 customer in front of me. They have no clue about customer service and could care less. Ignorant Employees work here will never return to this location or any other for that matter. Just a bad experience overall. Shame on these
