Jersey Mike's Subs

The best cold subs in Richardson TX! I really dig the Italian sub. This place blow SubWay out of the water. I wonder how well it holds up against Firehouse across the street (I'm new to both chains, after being a SubWay fan for 7 years). Will be back for more and more!
PS: I love the vintage music they put on the speakers (late 1950s, 1960s)

Employees at this location are slow and lazy. I spent over 20 minutes to get 1 sub with 1 customer in front of me. They have no clue about customer service and could care less. Ignorant Employees work here will never return to this location or any other for that matter. Just a bad experience overall. Shame on these

5 stars on everything, 4 stars on location finishout... Wish they would make each location have a theme that matched the area. It's NOT necessary as the place is nice, clean, and the food is great!

I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and had a great experience! The subs were fresh and delicious, with generous portions of meat and toppings. I tried the chicken filly, and it was packed with flavor. The bread was soft and perfectly complemented the fillings. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and quick.
One thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is that the prices are a bit on the higher side for a sub shop. However, the quality of the food makes it worth it.
Overall, I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying sub. I’ll definitely be returning!

The guys that are working the Jersey Mike's on Plano road right in front of Target are the slowest bunch of people I've ever seen in my life... They literally don't pay attention to what you're telling them... They are too busy too focused on trying to fill every online order they got while ignoring the people standing in line in their store... I just literally watched a guy tell another employee we got customers it took the guy 5 minutes to walk to the front looked at a customer asked her what she wanted took him another 5 minutes to walk from one end of the counter to the other end of the counter to grab the paper you put they put the sub on then walk back to where he was before it's like they're in no big hurry to work there are no big hurry to make the sub then they don't make the sub the way you want it the place is a joke I can go down to mesquite of Town East
