On Nov 25th I place order for #7 through Jersey Mike’s app for $20.84 for food+ $3 driver tip making total $23.84. I place this order for delivery. 7:55 I received text from Door Dash that my driver was having issues locating my address. I called the number provided. The gentleman did not speak English and could understand my help. The driver started texting me but insisted that I drive down the road to meet him to pick up my order. I insisted if you can’t find my location cancel my order. He, the driver, refused but insisted again I meet him to pick up my order. Door dash stated they could not refund my order because it was ordered through Jerseys Mikes. I called Jersey mikes the manager on duty at the time stated no refund because I ordered through Door dash which is not true. Finally spoke with someone 3 days that finally processed refund. However, she only refunded the cost of the food not the tip. I want my $3 back.

I get a giant Philly every Friday after a big workout. I eat half so 2 meals for $18 is a deal.

OCTOBER 28, 2025: A friend took me here, and we both had the #17 Mike's Famous Philly with Rosemary Parmesan bread. They were delicious. We talked with several people who worked here. They answered all our questions. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Good people who work here + good food + good customer service = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews. Thank you all!

Staff was extremely friendly, greeted me and asked how I was doing while they prepared my sandwich. Food was made quickly. Overall a smooth experience and well run store

I will say some of the staff here could care less about the person they're servicing and their job. Also they take 0 accountability when they mess up your pick up order. I came home to a completely different sandwich than the one I ordered. I called them and all they said is that they owe me a free sandwich and they would write my name down thats it. A month later I go to claim said sandwich and they said they only keep names for two weeks. Which was never said to me over the phone btw. They would not honor it at all. The girl would barely look at me. She was too busy reading her text messages. I can tell she was upset about a text before I got to check out so I gave her a moment of grace to re coupe herself and she still was very rude to me. The vibes here are completely off. The workers barely communicate to each other.

I went to go pick up my online order at 1pm on a weekday and all the workers appeared so flustered and confused by everything. One employee was taking selfies while preparing sandwiches. The cashier pushed something down into the trash can and then proceeded to handle people’s sandwiches. There is a blatant disregard of professionalism at this Jersey Mike’s.

They were absolutely amazing! I ordered for my whole office and they went above and beyond with ensuring all sandwiches had names and they were so thoughtful! Madison was a QUEEN!

Sandwiches are good, but they don't look at the special instructions if ordering on the app (eg didn't have side of mayo).

This place gets very busy, the young men inside work quickly to get ppl their food. At least a few of them do. I did see sm1 just standing around 🥴 I ordered curbside but no1 came out so I went in and got it. The sandwich was mid, cause it was dry. Smbody forgot to add mayonnaise. If I had to choose I’d choose the skillman or coit location, This 1 was once good but it’s gotten chaotic and underwhelming.

I got bad food poisoning a few days ago after eating a sub from here. They close at 9pm and I walked in around 8:40pm and they had already cleaned up and put everything away. I could tell they were annoyed I walked in. Well someone there wasn’t following proper sanitary rules that’s all I can say.
