Manager lacks professionalism and refuses to take ownership of her employees mistakes on their lack of attention. Being that she is the Manager on duty any mistake the employees she manages during her shift are her responsibility and their mistakes reflect on her. I paid for my order, stepped to the side while they were making my sandwiches and yet four customers that were behind me got their orders before I did. More and more customers kept getting their order after me. It was at that point I spoke up and asked for my money back and what I got was a negative attitude from the manager who once she set up the refund back to my credit card throws my receipts and credit card on the counter without giving me an apology or accepting responsibility for their mistake. Manager and employees a-like lack focus and the discipline to attend to the needs of us customers. Is pathetic how these individuals run this establishment.

Honestly this place is just better than any other sub place I went their hot subs are good and made right they always welcome me in like I'm in love with with this place ❤️ rather eat at this place than constantly going to subway by S Plano which they mess up my order keep up the good work ??Kid-friendliness: They all nice <3

We went in with a large order for 9 subs both hot and cold but the team there handled it with ease. They even made sure the names were written in each individual sandwich. Thanks for all the patience and the great customer service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had a jersey mikes. This was one of many. It took 45 minutes to get an online order. I was ignored along with four other people waiting in store over and over for walks ins. I was standing in store waiting for my online order for 45 minutes! I had to ask multiple times for them to even look at the online orders because they were only concerned with people walking in? Who is running this place? And on top of everything else my sandwiches are missing ingredients and completely drowned in oil. Never again.

This location is understaffed! I have watched the workers bust their behinds to get all the online orders made while balancing the steady stream of walk ins. I can’t be upset with the workers as they are moving, but they can only make so many subs. This location needs more help! Look at all the mobile orders waiting! I would have been better offer waiting in line.Update: I wasn’t able to wait for the sandwhich, but I came back after work and they were able to hook me up with me order. Thank you for doing right by the customer!

I LOVE Jersey Mikes I order here weekly...sometimes 2 times a week. Nothing worse than getting home and realizing they screwed up your sandwich you were excited to eat. Maybe I'll just go in and babysit them as they make my sandwich so I don't encounter this situation again.

This is a place I go to about once every 2-3 weeks. I don’t want to tell someone how to run their business, but that’s exactly what I need to do.I came in about 115p after the lunch rush. Maybe two customers eating and three employees behind the counter. I went and got in line to order. Nobody said anything to me. The guy at the cutting board didn’t even look my way. They were working on an online order.First; the policy should be in person customers always take priority. That should be obvious. Second, you need another station to let someone work on online orders so the first employee a customer engages can pay attention.I waited maybe 3-5 minutes and nobody said anything so I googled where a nearby Jason’s deli is (right next door basically). I left and was immediately helped there.This is simple. When someone walks up, give eye contact and say you’ll be right with them while you finish something else. That is the minimum level of courtesy, and your employees failed. Go make them all work at chick fil a for a week or two to learn how to give some customer service. Not sure if I’ll be back.
