Ordered 6 subs to go, staff acted bothered when I walked in the door to pick up. Not really a friendly welcome or atmosphere. Order was technically correct however they skimped on everything and it looked very thrown together. Usually a BIG fan of Jimmy John’s, can’t say I will be ordering from this particular location again.
UPDATE: I have worked with this location based on my prior review and they have been more than gracious in making sure I had a better experience. I have updated my review to reflect my rating to the five stars that they now deserve. I received a new order and there were zero complaints or issues. Chris helped me organize and everything ordered was fresh and delicious. The staff were welcoming and very kind. 100% turn around for a much better experience. Will be ordering some catering boxes in the near future.

Quick service and sandwhich is great, but they tend to forget customizations such as cutting the sandwich in half, adding pickles, or sides of ranch. This has happened many times at this location, so be sure to check your orders!

I love this Jimmy John’s! And I like Jimmy John’s in general so maybe I’m biased. But the employees here seem genuinely happy and I am always pleased with the sandwiches that I get. I love number 12, that’s my all-time favorite and I look forward to getting it every time I go! I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends and I guarantee I will be back soon for another number 12!

Get ready for your deliveries to go down hill, owner switched over to Uber and took away drivers shifts without notice. some people rely on these jobs to pay their bills and support their family’s….. had to literally find out from a friend of mine that I didn’t have shifts over there anymore. owner just decided to not let me know or give any warning before hand to get ready to look for another job which this had to have been a plan in the works. Yes, I understand it’s much cheaper to let a sorry 3rd party service take out your delivery but how they handled it was very unprofessional and shows how much care you have for your people who work up there with you. Other than that the people who work in side are great. I’d recommend you go in shop to get your sandwich’s from here on out if you want a nice jimmy Jon’s sandwich ?
