Ordered from this location recently. Delivery took almost an hour, they messed up my sandwich, and forgot an item i paid for. They were ok in the past. No one answers the phone either.

This was my first time at this location and I loved the area plus the customer service... I tried the kickin cajun chicken wrap and it was very delicious... It's packed with so much flavor and the and peppers mix very well... (Not too spicy) Definitely a must try ?

This location is freaky slow. I order from here all the time and it takes about an hour. When I lived in downtown Dallas I would get deliveries from the JJ there in 10 minutes. They really need to improve their delivery times.

Jimmy John's on Campbell Rd in Richardson provides excellent customer service and quick delivery. The food is always fresh and they get my order right every time. Crystal is a bright spot of the location as she is always very positive and has a terrific attitude. She is a great representative of the company. I wish every business had someone like Crystal! Thank you Jimmy John's for picking up the slack when I don't bring my own lunch!

Ordered a samdwhich an hour ago, I had to call to see what was going on. The first time I called they said that the driver was on his way after it being 20 minutes. After 30 minutes past I called again and they said that they talked to the driver and I should be first and didn’t know what was taking so long and to call back later. After it was an hour later I called and then they said it was a medical emergency and asked if I still wanted my order. I find this hard to believe considering the first two times I called. They said they’ve gotten in touch with the driver. The timeliness of this store is terrible. This is not the first time this is happened at this location and the manager wanted to argue with me about this situation when a simple communication could’ve fixed the issue. I would recommend not getting from this Jimmy John’s because their communication is poor and their phone skills are very, very embarrassing.

Jimmy John's is a solid spot for a quick and delicious sandwich. The bread is always fresh and the meats and cheeses are sliced fresh daily. The staff is also very friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. I would definitely recommend Jimmy John's to anyone looking for a good sandwich.

I'm very impressed with the flavor profile and freshness of my sandwich. On top of that the bread is sooooooo good! I had the #7 Spicy East Coast Italian and it was excellent. The hot peppers are a nice kick. I will be back!

Here are a couple of pics of the sand which delivered. $20 (includes the additional tip for door dasher). I’m completely unsatisfied with the contents of the sandwich. I have a better experience with Jersey Mike’s. The quick delivery was what kept this from being a single star review.
