Men’s Bathroom is appalling. Pink ring on toilet. Urine all over the floor. It will take 30 minutes with some bleach to restore that….. so clean it and I’ll remove my 1 star.
It hasn’t been cleaned in a month. Have some decency. You are a restaurant. Too graphic to share photo here.

Gross. The sandwiches taste gross and taste like some kind of pickle or bad lettuce and the soda / cup tastes dirty. The bathroom was gross and it smelled like sewage.

I had the toasted ultimate Italian sandwich, and I didn't regret it one bit. It's pretty clean and empty late in the evening. Google Maps takes you to Nico's, but JJ is next door.

Will never return to this Jimmys. Order from here all the time, got my sandwich today and the bread was rock hard so I called to inform the manager that the bread was incredibly hard, he told me that when he made the sandwich, the bread was soft, which is clearly impossible because the bread is hard as a brick. He said maybe it got hard because I let it sit there for 10 minutes as I was on my way to pick it up. The incompetence is through the roof instead of saying I’m sorry that this is your experience. Let us remake the sandwich for you. He offered nothing. I will not return, no decency, no customer service skills.

This location has gone down-hill. Went for lunch today and ordered a #6, hold the cucumber and add onion. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a drink. This was drive-thru......so back at work......I open up my sandwich and not only does it HAVE cucumber, it also has tuna! The cookie was so stale....yuck! Steer clear of this location.

The freaky fast piece is gone. Sandwiches take a while to be ready now. Today, I ordered a tuna sandwich to go. When I got home, I had a hard time finding enough tuna in my sandwich, plenty of tomato and lettuce though.

Pulled up at 8:42pm to see the lights dimmed, open sign off and an employee apparently cleaning up to leave. I don't care how slow a shift might be, you never close before posted closing hours. I can't imagine ever returning when Jupiter Rd location is not that much further.
