Unwich is a great way to have a gluten-free option at a sandwich place.Wheelchair accessibility: Somewhat. No automatic door or handicapped seating, but no stairs and low profile threshold.

This place has amazing customer service. This is my go-to place to get lunch, friendly, clean, quick, and have great attention to detail to your orders. Kudos to the whole team at this location on Renner road. I will always come back.

The employees are friendly. The restaurant is clean. Service is fast. I've been here many times and keep coming. I always get the giant #5 vito adding pickles and extra lettuce. I request that they wrap halves separately because I can't eat the whole sandwich at one time. Also, if I'm eating part of it later, I have them put the oil and vinegar on the side in a container so that while my half sandwich waits, it isn't getting mushy from the liquid.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is small and always almost empty, so kids wouldn't be an issue to bug others.

Wasted money. The sandwich (#13) was way too salty. I removed the nasty looking bacon and that helped a little. The bread was meh, the entire sandwich needed a lot! Other than too salty there was no flavor. A lot of bread and mayo, but very short in meat and cheese.The cookie - I don’t know how long the chocolate chip cookies had been sitting there, but it wasn’t fresh, hard.The coke was okay!Won’t be going back.

Asked for delivery which they run ads for that it is 15 min or less and this store never gets it within the time!! Now they can't even give us an estimated time for delivery!!! Morons!!!

Just order the tuna sandwich, these guys are very skimpy on the tuna ??????That sandwich minus well had been the veggie sandwich, these guys are lucky I had some where to be, or I would had went back and demanded a refund. From the looks of the other reviews this isn't a good location. I definitely should had read the reviews first, so if you're reading this, take heed and don't go here.

Sadly not freaky fast today ; still waiting 50 minutes later and am just down the street from shop. Store had challenges but recovered nicely.

Jimmy Johns is my favorite sandwich shop. I visit the Renner location regularly. Today I stopped by and no one as wearing a mask! I don’t like food preparers not wearing masks!! I’ll not return.
