SO. DELICIOUS. I ordered their chicken katsu bento box, and every single item is so fresh. The chicken is super juicy, the sushi, salad, and fried tempura were on point. I also really appreciate how they took the time to package everything so neatly. For example, I ordered a sprite, and they put the bottle of sprite and a cup of ice in a separate bag. Definitely ordering from Kansha again!

After we visited Kansha last month, we’ve become regulars. It’s such an authentic Japanese atmosphere in every possible way.We’ve always been greeted warmly by lady who is so happy to see us and very friendly. Menu offers variable of dishes and sushi. Service is always prompt and top. Chef is Japanese and sometimes greets us wit smile.But the star of the show is food!We’ve been trying couple of types of sushi and our favorite is Dallas. What we appreciate in Kansha’s sushi it’s perfect balance of ingredients and flavors. It’s never overloaded with rice.Miso soup that comes with Bento box probably the best miso I’ve tried in my life.Bento portions are sizable and ingredients always fresh and hot.Separate appreciation of ramens and soups. We’ve tried several, and my husband said he head never eaten better ramen. I know it might not sound convincing, but it’s definitely worth trying. All in all I couldn’t recommend more!
Easily one of the best Japanese spots in Richardson. It's in an unassuming location, but it's a shame this place doesn't get more traffic as the staff are wonderful and the food is excellent.
This place seems to be family-owned, and they are very helpful. The lady answered many questions I had and made good suggestions.I was in a hurry and needed an order to go, and they rushed my order right through.The price was very reasonable, and the sushi was excellent.

I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible experience ordering from here. I used to really love their food but I will never order again. Extremely rude. They refused to give me my order AFTER I paid for it, because they thought I was someone else? I still don’t understand what happened all I know is that they wouldn’t give me my food after I paid for it.

Ordered bentos, and one came with a thin small slice of fish. Told our server how come my sis has a thin slice while my wife has the SAME fish double the size? She looked at us and nervously smiled and shrugged. It's not like we ordered seabass. This was just cod.

Don't go here. This is my secret spot for Japanese food. Actually, it's terrific and usually not crowded, so you should go there so he makes enough money to stay open. Forget the big names. This may look like a dive, but the food is great.

This place was legit tasty! We had the Cowboy Ramen and some salmon/tuna nigiri and it did not disappoint. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was pretty laid back, and the overall experience was worth the cost. Highly recommend! Disfruten/enjoy! ???? ? ?

I loved the quiet and peaceful environment here. The service was amazing, very kind and courteous to attend. My fiance and I ordered sushi and ramen and the taste was delicious. Hard to find good sushi places in the area that have great taste. I apologize for not taking a pic of the ramen but got carried away with the taste. I highly recommend ordering here to go but preferably eating in would be best.
