What is the point of ordering ahead if they never handle the order? Not only was my order not ready, but several items weren't available when I arrived. As I'd already paid, the rep promised to refund the difference. She never did. I'll never return to this location, and you should be cautious about any large orders here.

I like the food. It why I return over & over again. What I don t like is the wait. Everytime I go, which is I the morning there is a long line at the counter. And only one person working the counter. I am sure most ppl are grabbing breakfast on their way to work. You would think there would be more than one person to assist. We want to get in and out

I have eaten here for years. Today I bit into a piece of metal. One of the cashiers (who has always been rude and hostile) just looked at me slack jawed and annoyed. The other one who was much friendlier was accommodating and gave me a refund. All things considered I was pretty patient about it, but this is a major health code violation. I hope the bakers and employees get the support they need. I want them to succeed but I no longer want to eat here.

Everyone is always very pleasant when you shop here and the kolaches are amazing! Sausage egg and cheese are my favorite, but there are many other great choices as well.

Overall, the kolachies were good but just on a 'meh' level. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even marked our bags so when we got home, we knew who's food was who's.

We decided to stop by for a quick lunch, but from the second we walked in, we knew we’d made a huge mistake. The first thing that hit us wasn’t the smell of delicious food — it was the overwhelming stench of bleach, so strong it could probably knock out a horse. It didn’t smell clean; it smelled like someone dumped an entire bottle on the floor five minutes before we walked in. Not exactly the most appetizing way to start a meal.
We stood at the counter waiting for our order to be taken while the employee behind it stared at us like we were interrupting her day. When she finally came over, she had the most disgusted look on her face — like taking our order was somehow beneath her. No greeting, no smile, just pure attitude. At that point, we should’ve left, but unfortunately, we decided to give it a chance.
When the food finally came out, it was ice cold. Not lukewarm — cold. We politely asked if it could be reheated, and the employee sighed so loudly you’d think we asked her to cook a five-course meal from scratch. She then proceeded to shove the food into a microwave or some kind of warmer, slamming the door shut with enough force to make everyone in the restaurant look up.
When we got the food back, it was somehow worse than before. Dry, tasteless, and clearly thrown together without even a hint of care. It’s rare that food manages to be both cold and burnt at the same time, but they somehow pulled it off.
Between the awful smell, the horrible service, and the sad excuse for a meal, this was one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I’ve ever had. If this place put half as much effort into customer service and food quality as they did into bleaching the place within an inch of its life, maybe it would be decent. Unfortunately, it’s not. 0/10 — would never return, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

For the second time in a row, my delivery order from this location was missing an item I had paid for. This is unacceptable, especially since I pay extra for delivery. A little extra care should be taken to ensure delivery orders are accurate.
Kolache Factory: Please put a quality control process in place to prevent mistakes like this.
Delivery customers: Be aware. There seems to be a recurring issue with missing items.

!!!!!! HAIR IN FOOD !!!!!!!
I BIT INTO A LONG HAIR ! Ruined my morning👎🏼
As a side note I’m a male with short hair ! If you had their kolaches before you know they’re a closed meal , meaning the cook had to not have been wearing a hairnet while preparing the food !!! Never again here .. hair is a deal breaker for me, especially when it was in my mouth .
Customer service is horrible. The girl at the front who took our order mumbled the entire time. It was our first time coming here, so I asked her to add and extra kolache to our order that we didn’t see originally and she rolled her eyes and let out a deep breath. God forbid she do her job and turn around to grab another kolache, mind you the store was not busy at all. She then didn’t even heat up the extra kolache. Then we come home only to find out the kolaches we paid for weren’t even the right ones. This place was such a let down, don’t know if this place has a manager or not but there was a lady wearing a black uniform in the back watching customers come in while eating a kolache.
