Nice and clean
Very nice and very very busy Kroger. Large parking lot. Well stocked store.
Krogers is always clean and neat. Grocery items are easy to find and they have a great selection. The fruit is always fresh and the deli food tastes and smells wonderful.
Not to mention that Krogers always have a great sale
Store had empty spots on the shelves. Shelves blocked by towers of displays. Also makes it difficult to navigate aisles. NOT ENOUGH CASHIERS. Just because we will not use self checkout, does not mean I am a second class citizen and of no consequence. Kroger makes billions in profit. Pay staff more and open registers.
The staff can be unprofessional and rude at times. The pharmacist is very helpful with pricing and insurance.
Everything I want in one place you can't beat that. The new digital coupon system is better.
I went to the store with my lovely wife to see how well customer assistance was and I was blown away by how well this great worker named Antonio in the front of the store. He bagged my groceries and he helped us put our groceries in our car. He’s a real hard worker. You should meet him and whenever you go you should work with him. Give that man a raise ASAP!!!!
For the love of Pete !!!!! This is why we need H‑E‑B in Dallas!! This store in not only way overpriced but limited selection !! Miserable place to shop for groceries!! H‑E‑B we BEG you to come to this part of Dallas!
The manager and the african clicklist worker completely rude. I asked for help and was greeted with attitude from the clicklist worker and then when I asked for a manager he was also rude. If you hate your job that has nothing to do with the customer pick another career.
Despite the severe weather and power outage they kept the store open, with an emergency power supply. A huge kudos to them for this thoughtfulness. There was barely any fresh produce, all cold shelves were empty, which is understandable, but the rest of the store was just fine. We got what we needed. The staff were really nice and helpful. Thank you Kroger.

This store needs to get it together on communication. Especially if hiring manager is expecting people to call.
I filled out a job application. I got messages to call the recruiter.
Well I was calling the store I keep getting the run around
First I was told call on Wednesday 9am to 5am. (It was Tuesday)
2nd day I was told to call back on Thursday
(It was Wednesday)
3rd day I was told again that she only there on Wednesday again 12pm to 6pm (it was Thursday)
I missed my 1st chance at possibly getting hired due to this! I am little frustrated due to being miss informed.
I even shared photo to show my message proof of why I was calling the store in the first place.
Now if it’s changes then I will update this review.
Friendly staff. Good customer service.
Do not use any type of card online with this store because they will change the price on you and charge you more money. The attitudes of the people in this particular store are absolutely ridiculous they are so rude.
Wonderful prices compared to the Brookshire's monopoly in the Tyler, TX area. WE NEED A FEW Kroger stores in the Tyler area, and they'd bankrupt the Brookshire's monopoly out there...
Amazing bakery experience! Brianna and Justin were so nice and helpful.
