Online order- out of stock on sale tbones for 8. 99 a pound, they offered a substitutions- top sirloin boneless for the same price!!! Thank you kroger!!! Will be back.

Bought some coffee, then decided to return it, as I was carrying WAY to much already. I have the paper receipt, but that didn't matter. I started to feel faint so I sat down in the café area before trying to make the return. The manager called me a theif and lier and almost stole my coffee! I ABSOLUTELY HATE the way he treated me like a criminal! Lost a customer for sure for this store!!!

Not sure if the Filipino lady that's in the deli but she gave me the wrong cut of sandwich meat. I asked her if I could see the amount she cut and she didn't bring it close. Typically they'll cut it,bring it to you and ask if its OK. She just cut it and packaged it up.

Víctor the florist he gives the worse customer service he has a cockie rude attitude and can even speak clearly when he speaks to you. I wouldn’t definitely buy flowers from his department people like him is what makes people like me not to shop a store if I could put 0 Stars I would.
