I have come here a few times and had a good enough experience to download the app and use it to order ahead. On 7/13 I placed an order for pickup and got to the store to find out it was closed. There was no way to cancel the order and the only contact to dispute it is the store but it's still closed. I was charged for the drink I never received. Very disappointed in the app and the fact that there was no notice to let customers know it was closed via the app or physically on the storefront.

Me and my friend drove out here and had a blast! The drinks were good and cheaper than I thought they would be, they also came out really quickly we didn’t have to wait at all. The staff were also really nice and helpful and we managed to snag a few prizes from the claw machine! Five stars I recommend

I asked for the cocoa with boba and the guy didn't put boba so I literally got just chocolate milk and I really wanted the boba!😢

As SYNC CityLine host our monthly event we had invited KUNG FU Tea help us provide a treat to our residents. The event was a hit and Cindy was service was beyond excellent. Residents are requesting another one of these event in the future. Thank you, Cindy!
Me and my friend came here took around 15 minutes for ONE drink which tasted weird. And they made the wrong drink for my friend which took another 23 minutes. And there were drinks on the counter that weren’t being made and just had ice.🤦🏻♀️
