My fav milk tea is the brown sugar milk tea which they did not have. So I decided to take the coffee milk tea and I must say it has to be the worst drink I tried. Even the boba balls tasted weird. I’m a milk tea lover but did not have a pleasant experience here. The overall service was good but unfortunately i won’t be returning.

This is our first being here and let me tell you… I will not be coming here for food. We order the 6 pcs TKK spicy family meal with 2 side and 2 biscuits. For one the wait for our food was long, second when we received our food, it was super salty to the point where I can’t enjoy it. One of the side dish which is the cheesy curly fries were also salty. I can say that I rather go to church’s chicken than coming here. Such a disappointment.

I don't know if the work environment is just awful or what, but I have never gotten a good (milk) drink from here. They put too little sugar and toppings if required, and make their teas and coffees too bitter. I'm not picky about my drinks at all either, they just seem to not even care about how they turn out at this location. Kung Fu Tea is easily one of my favorite brands too so this seems almost humiliating.

Went today and got a hot sesame matcha with boba since weather is cold. Tasted great with roasted sesame to contrast the sweetness of the matcha. When I got home and let it cool a little so I could use the straw to drink up the boba found they forgot to put them in! So just check when you leave especially with a hot drink, saw the person who rang mine up got it right and label says with bubble, just the drink maker’s mistake.

Visited a location in PA and the people were rude. This location only has one good employee, the rest are mute's that would rather let your food sit on there back counter because their to busy watching videos on their phones. Complete joke of an establishment, the food was abysmal as well, could also be the ppl who prepared it. Completely done with kung fu, how they remain open is mind boggling.

Ordered a coffee milk tea which is my regular for any boba but it literally tasted like green tea and had no essence of coffee. Went and asked them regarding the same but I thought they were remaking it but they called me later and said they tasted it(I don’t know how they tasted my drink from my cup) and politely said that is the taste of coffee milk tea and returned the same cup that I had given(I know it’s the same because my lipstick mark was still on the straw). I didn’t even know how to respond.
