I went last week burger and onion rings were delicious i went today and the burger bun was burnt the meat was burnt i asled the owner if they had changed cooked he said yes burgers are terrible other then it took 16 mins to get my food

I am from Houston, and I travel to Dallas for work almost every week, not being from the area can make it a little risky when trying new food joints, however I tried LA burger right before Christmas time and I'm so happy I did, this is my go to spot now, Eat there, or place a delivery the quality will be excellent either way, thank you you too LA burger team!

I absolutely love the food here, which is the only reason my husband and I committed to a 2.5-hour drive each way from out of town to get here. Being pregnant, I had a massive craving for their burgers and we made the trip specifically to satisfy it.
We arrived at 5:30 PM, well before their posted 7:30 PM closing time, only to find the doors locked and the place dark. There was no sign on the door and no update on Google to warn customers. To make it worse, we called another location and were told this spot (and the Irving one) might be permanently closed.
If you are closed for good, please update your online presence! It’s incredibly disappointing to drive 5 hours round-trip for a favorite meal only to be met with a locked door and zero communication.

The place smells old and needs cleaning. The guy taking the orders was rude and very unprofessional. He doesn’t seem as though he wanted to be there and as a first time customer I wouldn’t be back based off of his customer service. He took my order with an attitude and when I asked for additional ketchup and mustard, she threw it on the counter while I was standing right in front of him. I will never visit again. For a juicy good burger with great customer service, please visit Hob Doddy! Never had any issues there

This locatiom states they close at 9pm. I place an order and when the delivery person arrives there, he states it is closed. It is only 7.20 pm. Ridiculous management at this location. Update your hours to whenever you feel like closing you will.
