The place smells old and needs cleaning. The guy taking the orders was rude and very unprofessional. He doesn’t seem as though he wanted to be there and as a first time customer I wouldn’t be back based off of his customer service. He took my order with an attitude and when I asked for additional ketchup and mustard, she threw it on the counter while I was standing right in front of him. I will never visit again. For a juicy good burger with great customer service, please visit Hob Doddy! Never had any issues there

This locatiom states they close at 9pm. I place an order and when the delivery person arrives there, he states it is closed. It is only 7.20 pm. Ridiculous management at this location. Update your hours to whenever you feel like closing you will.

Drove all the way here as a special trip only to have doors locked and a sign saying “we are having staffing problems” - bummer! Wish I knew were temporarily closed before heading out.
We live in McKinney and always look forward to LA Burger, even though there’s only one location between Richardson and McKinney. We drove 30 minutes on Saturday just to eat here — only to find the store already closed when we arrived at 8:30 PM, even though the operating hours on your website, Google, and even the store door clearly say you’re open until 9:00 PM.
If your closing time has changed, please update your listings everywhere. If not, then closing early without notice is frustrating and unprofessional — especially for customers making a special trip. We left disappointed and hungry. Really hope this gets addressed.
