LaLa is becoming one of my new favorite places. The coffee is amazing and I like the rotating flavors of the month. The pop tarts are my favorite pastry and the avocado toast is a meal for 2.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! A customer next to me got a pup cup for her toddler and he dipped his blueberries in it and loved it.

I come here often and had never experienced what I did today. I ordered ahead at 9:40 got to pick up at 10:15 am and they say there is two orders ahead of mine, but the person in front got there drinks first.10:30 and they where just being finished, there is no point of ordering ahead if it is going to delay that much. Tapatío and twan, and manager assisted with refund, no sympathy or nothing from them. Disappointed as this was a place I love to go.

The drive thru wait time is abominable and it’s not an isolated occurrence. Doesn’t matter when I go, am, midday, evening the drive thru wait time is ridiculous. My last visit was 2:50pm on a Wednesday. 20 mins in the drive thru. During my “stay” in the drive thru line a customer walked up to the window 5 mins after I drove up, waited behind 2 people and still got her drink almost 10 mins before mine. Perhaps some additional help or process changes are needed?? I don’t LOVE that KIND of experience and won’t be coming back until the drive thru becomes more efficient. Happy to update review once it’s fixed because The avocado toast and lattes are good
I ordered the new strawberry covered matcha and the matcha was barely filled up like the photo shows. This dessert was too overly priced for it to be half filled up. The advertised menu photo was NOT what I got. It also took about 15 minutes to get 2 drinks while everyone else had got there's before us. There wasn't a rush or a line so I'm not sure what took so long. I would not come back to this location.

I’ve been wanting to try LaLaLand for some time now and decided this nice afternoon I would finally swing buy. There was a long line but from the reviews I’ve heard that was to be expected. Waiting in the drive thru line for at least 20 mins. We finally order our drinks and 2 avo toast; add egg to the classic. We pull over to enjoy our meal and realize we did not get our egg. We then go back and wait another 10 mins in the line at the window, let the girl know what we were missing and was only asked to wait a min longer. Not a single apology for the inconvenience. While waiting for our to be corrected the girl almost hands our order to another person. Please work on your customer service, timing and communication. Thanks

The cashiers here are always so sweet. I always get a dirty chai and it’s amazing every time. Love the little seating area out front too, very cute. If you’re new to Dallas def try this place!
