It is bad when you are a regular at this cafe and get great service from 3 of the 4 waitresses but the one with the most tenure treats you like you dont even exist! Walked in this morning, she made eye contact with me where I was seated. I nodded good morning to her then waited for service. Three other tables came in after me, she proceeded to wait on them and ignore me! My table was in the center which had her walk right around and past me! Whats worse is when I brought this to the owners attention, she defended her! The owner is more at fault than this horrible waitress because she allows her to mistreat customers. It is only because of the three good waitresses that i might go back. It certainly will not be because of Claudia or Rosse!

Not great just bar food. Big selection with breakfast all day. Sandwiches much smaller than expected but taste was good. Hamburgers a bit overcooked. No mayo mustard offered. Male waiter was nice. We had to go up front to get ticket. Pleasant atmosphere but not good place for non smoker as the non smoking still had smell of smoke. Pool tables in smoking area and full bar. Prices were OK some stuff was higher than neighboring cafes. Regulars seemed to eat breakfast and Mexican.

Excellent. Stopped by bc the parking lot was full. Could tell people here must like the place. Husband ordered the catfish dinner. Absolutely delicious. Crispy fillets cut into strips. Homemade ranch dressing was light and not oily! I had the club sandwich. Everything was cut thick, ham, turkey and fried bacon. Everything was fresh! They have Mexican food on the menu as well and served chips and salsa when you arrive. The ice tea was fresh and offered sweet tea and wasn’t icky sweet 👏🏻🙌🏻. Enough food for a “to-go box”. No room for dessert but I’m sure they are delicious too. Friendly and attentive waitresses. We will be back if every in this area.

The Lakeside is a slow paced, take your time restaurant with quality food. If you want it fast then go to McDonald's. We've been coming here for three years now and have gotten to know the staff. Of all the places I've eaten, from Anchorage to Destin to Montreal to San Diego I've never come across a nicer person than Roz. I'll actually call a head to make sure she's working. You'll will never find another woman who enjoys her job as much as she does. Thank you and thanks to Brittany as well!

A good variety of foods. We like the Mexican food and the friendly people who take care of us. If you go for weekends breakfast they will have a great buffet!
This place should be on everyone’s list for breakfast. Nice layout, lots of tables and a very friendly server. I had two eggs over easy with hash browns and toast. All good!! Would definitely come back for another breakfast or even lunch

Ate here twice with local friends. I am a brown skinned Asian. Each time I was served last, always with the excuse that its taking longer to cook. One time is a fluke, 2nd time is suspect. There will not a 3rd occasion.

My husband ordered the chicken fried steak and you could tell it was a frozen prebreaded piece of mystery meat. We haven't been back since.
