I have complaints about the employees or the quality of the pizza. My complaint is why advertise hot and ready, when it's not hot and ready?? I went at 9 pm tonight to get my family pizza and had to wait 15 minutes because nothing was ready. The guy told me they stop having them ready at 8, but you close at 10?? That's a 2 hour difference that I KNOW you are getting business during. I can understand maybe 9:30, but 8?!?! That's ridiculous. And if you aren't going to have them...read full review
