I found a long black hair underneath my pizza. I called and spoke with the manager and who was very rude. I was struggling to find the order number, as I never received a confirmation email after ordering delivery directly through the website. She was rushing me the entire time after I had kindly asked her to give me a moment to find the order number. She expressed to me that she is unable To issue a refund with without the order number, when she had only given me about 15 to 20 seconds to look for it. She said she had other customers to take care of. Again, she barely gave me anytime to look for the order number. After finding it she just said “your refund has been issued.” She didn’t confirm the amount, whether it was partial or full, until asked. She also never even apologized for the gross inconvenience. I’m really disappointed with the manager at this location. I will be filling out the survey via email as well.

The pizza dough might as well be one atom thick in places (see pictured) - so thin that the cheese and pepperoni just slid off the pizza slice on a part of it when picked up. The price has gotten much higher over time and the quality has dropped significantly at the same time. Pizza is a lot saltier than it used to be, it feels like the company is trying to make up for the lack of quality by just adding more salt.

Give the girl at the drive-thru window a raise I don't know who she is but great customer service she needs a raise hopefully one of the bosses that are in charge sees this around 2:00 Saturday when I picked it up 15th

they made me wait for 20 minutes for my order, I arrived at the house and one of my pizzas was wrong I talked on the phone with them, and they told me to come back that they would have my pizza ready, I arrived and they made me wait another 20 minutes in total I lost more an 1 hour, due to the mistake of someone whose only job is to review the orders and give them well, and that he still behaves rudely and not even say sorry.

I order from here all the time with my sons and I have never received the service I received today. I went through the drive thru to place my order, the young lady was having issues hearing my order after I repeated it 3 times. I asked would they just like me to pull up to window and a gentleman took over and said yes. I pulled up and from the moment he opened the window he was angry, I asked him was something wrong with the speaker and also did they have juice or bottle water with my order because I can’t drink soda. He again keep having an attitude, I told him it wasn’t no need for the attitude and I’m just asking a question. My son got scared and I let him know it’s okay baby and I’m sorry he had to see that, he then proceeded to close the window on me and walked off. I had to get out my vehicle to knock on the window and another lady finally took my order, apparently the first girl never put my order in. I pulled around and went inside because I didn’t feel comfortable not seeing my food be made, because if he is getting upset for something so small as me asking is the speaker broken because I repeated my order three times and my question about if they had juice or not should have not gotten him that upset. Me and my son came in and he proceeded to try and make his point. At that point I let him know it was over and done with. I understand people come in to work and might have a bad day but that should of never happened. I am a regular here and have never been talked to like that before. I’m not sure who the general manager is but I will find out to let them know. My son shouldn’t have to see all that. I just got off work and my son just wanted pizza and it turned into just disrespect.

I called to order 4 pizzas, and the girl who answered the phone was rude as hell and kept asking “Is that all?” after I told her each pizza I wanted. She said the order would be ready in 20–25 minutes.

When I got there, I noticed the women making the pizzas were just chatting it up like they didn’t have customers waiting for their food. This wasn’t the first time I saw this—they were just standing around talking while people waited.

Then I got to the register, and the teen boy working there said they didn’t have any order under my name. He asked if I was sure I placed the order at the correct location with a smug look, and I assured him I did. When he asked who I spoke to, I told him it was a girl. So, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food to be ready.

I tried to give this place a second chance after the last time I ordered online and had to wait 20 extra minutes for my food as well. But with the rude phone service, the slow preparation, and the staff just chatting instead of working, I don’t recommend this place at all.

If you enjoy long waits, bad attitudes, and people practicing their social skills instead of making pizza, this is definitely the spot for you.

Favorite pizza place, love this location because it has a drive-thru. Speaker may need a new microphone or I may need to work on my communication skills but I thought they told me I would have to wait 10 minutes for any pizza except the pepperoni hot-and-ready, but when I ordered that they told me at the window it would be a 10 minute wait. Not sure what the mixup was but after 10 minutes they gave me a pepperoni pizza so it was cool. Hasn't happened again so probably just human error, doesn't matter which side it was from. Great food. Bring back the shortbread cookies 🥺🙏

Longest wait times! Every time I got there I end up waiting 30 minutes for one or two pizzas. This mostly recent time I finally went in after they said they’d bring it to the car and the pizza was just done, waiting.

Went there recently and it was kind of for disaster, did an online order went to go pick it up. It was an hour still wasn’t made. There was apparently other people who had missing items etc. I don’t know what happened if it was a system failure or what. But I ended up having to leave and they couldn’t even refund me at the store. Shout out to Jose though because even under pressure he still handle his business professionally and with patience he did a good job. Dude deserves some sort of raise because the whole store was chaotic.
