It depends on when you go and who's working. My first night at the hotel, I ate in the restaurant and it was great! I ordered food to go for my hotel room and am very disappointed. I was told 20 mins and it was over 50 mins later before I went up amd asked about it. I was told, it should be ready and the guy went and got it. My food was barly warm. It had been sitting back there for 30 mins and nobody thought to check on it. I got a burger medium and it's at best, medium...
