I had such a great experience at Luna Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, but what really made my visit stand out was the amazing service. Erika took care of us and she was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, patient, and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us with a genuine smile. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend and I always love to eat here but on Halloween we decided to come and had amazing service with the help of Jessica. She told us about other sauces they had and loved the chipotle one. Highly recommend this place and everyone is super nice.

To Corporate or Management - We’ve been loyal customers for 2 years at this location and I’m so disappointed how the customer service has drastically declined here. Mind you, we used to live in Frisco and we made the drive here because we enjoyed the food that much. Now we live in Celina, even further, and we still wanted to make the drive to come here. But we won’t be coming back here for a long time. Miguel, the manager at this location (bald guy with glasses), was extremely rude and just plain out arrogant. I have Celiac Disease (gluten intolerance) and I told the cashier that I need to exchange the pita for something non gluten. I requested a side of hummus and Miguel gave me the hardest time saying he couldn’t do that for me. In 2 years, this was never an issue. This is a serious health issue for me and to fight me on this is unacceptable. Especially with a customer! On top of that, they got my husband’s order wrong completely. We didn’t even bother telling them to correct it because it took so long for them to give us our food in the first place. Most of the time Miguel was socializing with his friends and standing around like this is his home. Bringing friends at your job and socializing? Talk about unprofessional. The previous managers were so much nicer and accommodating. I hope they really do end up building a Plano location because this one here in Richardson is just not what it used to be.

It was my first time at Luna Grill believe it or not and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Great flavor and I felt pretty full after. I had the Santorini Bowl with chicken.

The service was also great Erika at the counter was really nice and gave us a couple of recs while we were ordering and checked on us a little later. Told us about the rewards program and how it really is worth it.

10 out of 10 for me.
