Took half an hour for a single latte

Absolute pitiful customer service. I walked in no type of greeting from the associate I stared at him and he was staring at me, not a hello , what I can I get for you or anything, I proceeded to ask the associate If he was going to ask me or greet me, his response “No I’m waiting on you “ . RUDE , then I proceeded to ask about a drink and confirmed it was dairy free, associate proceeds to say “that’s what it says” , I let the associate know his attitude was unnecessary. I definitely won’t be going back and I’m truly disappointed in this experience.
Avoid this location at all costs and go across the street to R&B Tea, very kind group of people.

My favorite place to get a frappe. Once you get it, they give you time to see and then they starts getting your order.

The staff is friendly, quick and efficient.

Stopped by on a whim, haven’t been to Magic Cup in while. (I don’t visit fancy drink places very often, not a regular coffee drinker) Ordered a frappe and it’s delicious! The employees are very kind and I really enjoyed my stop in. I’m going to have to find my way back here sometimes. It’s a pleasant little quiet spot to enjoy a few minutes of break from the pace of life.

I love the bits of fruit in the tea, and their hot matcha latte is the best 💚 Magic Cup is my favorite place to invite people for getting-to-know-you conversations!

I love this place. The atmosphere is vintage mixed with modern. Every food item or beverage I’ve tried is really good. They’ve got a rewards program, too.

I love the customizable sweet level! Their drinks are fresh and great combinations. This is one of the longest lasting boba shops in the area and I think it's due to the quality.

Just ordered from DoorDash… left at door knocked over on sidewalk (instructions say place on bench). Instruction say whipped cream, there was none and cha mango chili straw not included. First time such a screwed up order.

One of my top 5 boba places in the Dallas metroplex. Server Elizabeth was great ! Everytime I come here I feel welcome by staff and the environment.

Customer service is poor, Employees playing on there phones. Didn't bother to tell me my drink was ready while I was waiting. Came up to the counter after 8 mins, and had to ask them while they were laughing on there phones if that was my order. Absolutely poor management. Was recommended to this place, definitely NOT coming back...

The teas here are pretty solid! My favorite is the fruit tea madness. Just really wish the boba amount they serve is on par with any other boba shop, they give way too little here. Not even double boba from here equates to what a regular serving gives you at other boba shops.

I don’t know if you guys haven’t tried the tropical paradise tea. IT IS AMAZING ⭐️,especially with crystal boba.
