OMG!! The service was phenomenal! From the moment we walked through the door the staff was great! The food was a 10/10 across the board! It was hot and delicious! The only downside was they ran out of the chicken based broth.

Lovely experience. The tempura batter was so light and delicious. We reslly liked the wooden spoons. There was a shaker on the table with a delicious misture of spices. We could control exactly how spicy we wanted out dish without having to guess on the spice level when ordering.

the veggie tempura was phenomenal. good crunch, not over fried, and with a good tempura sauce. the toppings in the vegetarian ramen were fresh and abundant- tsukemono are honestly slept on in ramen. the noodles had a good chew without being gummy and help up well in the broth. the broth was my issue: it was so incredibly salty. it seemed like a one off and I will definitely come back to try it again (this time with the hakata noodles and maybe adding bamboo and mushrooms) to confirm.

We got the takoyaki which were hot and perfectly cooked. The ramen was flavorful without being to much and the katsu curry was rich and tasty.

Just had the most wonderful night here at Maru Ramen. One of the last places that knows what it means to be a good restaurant. Attentive staff, delicious food, incredible environment, and candies with your bill.

The Bao bun was soft and the sauce was sweet within complimented the pickled vegetables well. The pork was soft and tender.

Black tonkotsu ramen is really good. The vegetable tempura is surprising consisting of pumpkin, sweet potato and okra. Nicely done nevertheless.

This picture says more than I can ever put into words. I still remember the excitement before my first bite. And it stayed for the second bite. And the third. They are also SO hospitable. Lovely establishment.
