This location really needs to work on their service. I always order on the app ahead of time because I’m usually in a rush and I always end up having to wait in the reserved parking for a long time. I’m also a valued customer. Just don’t understand what’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait long every time when people who are just ordering at the drive through come and go while I wait. Get it together people. Unsatisfied.

The workers here are very kind and sweet especially one called Maria that always greets us and makes sure the surroundings of the dining tables are clean. Youll always get a greet from others too and there is always ice cream, which is a plus because every other McDonald's supposedly have their ice cream machine broken.!! Love this McDonald's location!!!

Horrible, they were very rude to my daughter, my daughter placed the order and the one who was taking the order placed it wrong. And according to the manager who is on the night shift, she let him pass this time but not next time. Since I was so sure that the customer had ordered their order wrong or whoever was taking the order placed it wrong. Pay more attention or ask and verify the order. 😡

Placed an order on the app on Christmas Day 12/25/24 at 6:30pm on the way to work which showed “open until 10:45pm” on the app…. We got to the store and they’re CLOSED. I get that it’s Christmas but don’t advertise that you’re open and let me PAY $30 for an order. Very disappointed, cannot get a refund bc now they’re closed. Will never return to this location.
This is the last time I've ever eaten at this place it made me sick with e coli. Sunday 24 2024. I was sick for 4 days after eating a quarter pounder from this McDonald's location.

I ordered in the drive thru and they made me park and wait 12 minutes for my drinks. Then they brought me back my order incomplete. Then the stupid girl goes back inside and comes back out to tell me I didn't pay for two coffees. I showed her my receipt and then she takes it back inside to "show it to the cashier". They need to hire people who speak English and know how to read.
