I love getting their French Vanilla Ice coffee.. A nice ice coffee to start the day. Lately they haven’t been serving it right. It tastes bitter, you can even see the color is off too dark. Not mixing the French vanilla or not mixing enough. Hopefully they prep right again

I ordered my food through the pretty well refined McDonald's app and parked in one of the spaces. It was by far the quickest experience I've had ordering curbside. The food was hot and the guy that brought it out to me was very kind. There were sauces upon request, a smile from my server, and a have a great day. Thank you for the experience 💜

I ordered a sausage egg Biscuit meal with no cheese. What i got was a sausage egg & cheese sandwich and a drink. No hashbrown and cheese on my sandwich. When I called I was told I could come back in and they would make me another one. I was already at work and unable to come back, so I asked for a refund of the meal add on since that is what I didn't receive. I was told I would need my receipt for that. I did not get a receipt through the drive thru and there was no receipt on the bag so the only paperwork I had is the grill ticket on my sandwich. Which I told her. She proceeded to say something else, which i couldn't understand and repeated i could come in for a replacement. After a couple times of explaining I didn't receive a receipt and her saying things I couldn't understand I gave up, stating I would try calling the district manager.

McDonald’s….please hire people who speak English!!! Why is my food always wrong because they don’t understand what I’m saying. I asked for a steak, egg and cheese McGriddle with extra onions. I repeated to the girl and she repeated it back. Why they give me a bagel with just egg on it???????????? McDonald’s..FIX IT!!!!!!!! I need someone to read and speak and understand English!!!!

Only because I had to give a star. DONT COME HERE YESENIA THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND GETS MAD BECAUSE SHE OR ANYONE WORKING AT THIS LOCATION DOESNT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! Mc Donald's needs to retrain n do better. They mess up orders and look at you stupid for noticing. Save your money n go else where or hire people that speak and understand ENGLISH!!!!!!

My experience was terrible. I made a mobile order and the manager didn't give me all the condiments because according to "THEY DID NOT LEAVE IT" because I was going to eat at the table and I didn't have nuggets in my order and I had to pay for the missing condiments. It's ridiculous that they tell you that when they don't charge for mobile orders, here I leave you the receipt (they only gave me 2 of each one)
