Don't know why there's a option for adding condiments on the app when they never add them to your bag. Who loves nuggets without some kinda sauce. You have to ask for everything including catsup for your fries. Also what's up with the fries,sometimes no salt and sometimes very salty and oily. People are friendly though.

My wife and I decided to have McDonald's for dinner tonight because we had been talking about how good their fries looked on a commercial we had just watched and it just sounded really good! We kept it pretty simple and ordered the usual burger and fries and we literally live 3 minutes away. When we sat down to eat, we noticed that the food was really cold. The burgers looked as if they had been pre prepared several hours beforehand and sat on a counter waiting to be sold. The fries were worse. Cold, soggy, salt less. Luckily our drinks were as cold as the food!!! This McDonald's definitely gets a thumbs down from us 👎. There is so much controversy about McDonald's losing business and now I see why. We will definitely think twice before visiting McDonald's again in the future. NOTE: Franchises need to pay more attention to whom they choose to manage these dying locations! Ray Kroc wouldn't stand for this!
Old, cold food. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and neither one were even close to fresh. The edges of the bun were dry and the fries were so old they had that disgusting solid grease texture that old fries have. Someone is definitely cutting corners at this location. Usually, I consider McDonalds as one of my guilt pleasures, but there was nothing pleasurable about this meal. I don't think I'll be craving McDonalds anytime soon.

Waited over 30 mins for cookies. I placed a mobile order. The line already took 15-20 mins. I got asked to park since the cookies in my order weren’t ready. Waited another 10mins and called the store. I spoke to a male employee telling him I’ve been waiting over 20 mins for cookies, are they ready? He answered ‘yes ma’am’. I proceeded to ask ‘well can someone bring them out, I’ve been waiting?’ He said ‘yes ma’am’ again. Another 10 mins went by and nothing. I went inside spoke to the manager telling them I’ve been waiting for over 30 mins for cookies and no one’s brought anything out. The employee had it in his hand the entire time giggling and looking dumbfounded. Manager looked just as confused as I was. The lack of assistance from this employee was ridiculous. And when I walked back to my car, he was smirking delivering another order to someone else. A job is a job. No reason for this behavior to be acceptable.

NOTE: I'm rating compared to other McDonald's. This location has a super efficient process and hot food. Also, I tried the chicken strips for the first time and it was like a salt lick - so salty. I called customer service (800 number on the receipt) and they took my feedback and said someone will call me. I will report back to update. Hopefully they call. I have zero health issues & petite in stature. After I ate 2 of the 3 strips, my heart rate went up (my heart has been racing for the last 2 hours) and I immediately bloated to where the top button on my fitted blouse had to be unbuttoned. Dangerously high sodium.
