I’m Italian and I’ve been living in the United States for two years, traveling almost every week for work. Of all the places I’ve been, every time I’m near Plano I always come here for lunch. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is well deserved because the pasta is truly Italian and made the way it should be. They’ve definitely gained one more regular customer.

We have been wanting to try this place but I saw the prices were a bit expensive. We finally tried it and the staff was super friendly and helpful. All the recipes are family ones from the owner in Italy. I had the gnocchi al ragu. The gnocchi is delicious and fresh with a generous portion of beef ragu and bolognese sauce. My husband has the January special which was homemade spaghetti (bucatinicon salsiccia e ricotta salata). The homemade pasta was so fresh with just the right amount of spice. On top of that, we had the homemade focaccia bread. I don’t think I’ve ever had any better bread. We sat out in the patio because it was a nice evening. It’s a bit loud from the traffic. There are so many things on the menu. We invite you to try it and enjoy it like we did.

Reviewing after my second trip to the restaurant. The food is absolutely fantastic. Service is friendly. They went out of their way once they found out we were having my mother‘s birthday lunch at the restaurant. They put a candle in a dessert and thanked us for coming all without being asked back to the food. The pasta and the cheeses and sauces are so incredibly fresh and tasty. The pasta is absolutely cooked to perfection. I love that it’s a casual feel. The servings are enough for two people to share if you want. And you might want to because there are so many options and appetizers and things to try that you might want to get a few options. Table mate said the food is better than any fancy Italian place in town.

Pasta was undercooked and there was too much oil in my sauce. The flavor, although fresh, was just not good. The atmosphere was great and the people who serve you were amazingly friendly and helpful. But food was terrible. Great idea but to pull more people in they need to change the flavor.

I got recommended by a client of mine. So, I had to try!!! I, brought the whole family out. Once, we walked by all the fresh pasta, it was ready to order! We ordered at the front kiosk, paid and seated ourselves. Noticed a discrepancy on our check! Went back to the kiosk and the manager was more than apologetic. Isaac, was able to correct everything and made sure it was handled. Once the pasta arrived , all was forgiven!!! The family enjoyed it and we will be back for more.

Great concept! Quick, quality hand drawn pasta at a good price. Could have been more generous with the Bolognese. Slather them boys!

Service was fine, though it's a pet peeve of mkne to ask for 20% tip when one orders at a counter and even goes to a strange little dispenser to get water.

Vibe was low effort, felt like a Chipotle but with bomb noodles.

I was playing in a tournament across this highway and found this place on apple maps! Best decision I made to come eat here. EVERYTHING is authentic and handmade and the staff are the nicest people in the world. Definitely support this business, love it!

This is our second time coming here and we had just as good of a time as before.

The pasta was exceptionally fresh and perfectly cooked and both of our entrees were tasty and filling.

I love the no-frills feel and my only wish is that this restaurant was closer to home.
