I went there with my friends and we ordered a potato korean corndog, a pack of 3 donuts and a dubai chocolate drink. When they gave me the korean corndog it was the original so we went back and told them that we didnt order that. The man nicely told us that we could keep the original and that he would make us the potato one with no problem. Very sweet! Everything was make at the moment so it did take around 7-12 minutes but it was worth it! Everything was warm and freshly made it tasted delicious. Also the place looks very asthetic and clean. Great place overall!!

I drive by Mochinut almost every day, and since I genuinely love mochi-style donuts, I finally decided to stop in and try one. The place was a ghost town, and the staff member was polite and friendly, so I was happy to support a local business.
What caught me off guard was being told I had to order three donuts when I asked for just one. There was no visible sign explaining a minimum order, and I really just wanted to sample one before committing.
That became more frustrating when the total came to $14 for three donuts. That’s more than many full lunches, and for one person, three donuts is a lot—especially when you’re not even sure if you like them yet.
The interaction itself was pleasant, but the forced minimum combined with the price took away from what should have been an easy first-time experience. Clearer communication or allowing single-item purchases would make this much more approachable for new customers.
I’m open to trying them again, but the policy and pricing made this feel unnecessarily restrictive for a first visit.

Came here at 9:40 am, but the door is locked, and when I call, it goes straight to a personal voicemail.

Waited at the counter for over 10 minutes and no one came to take my order. Looked around and saw two employees in the back watching Netflix instead of helping customers. Smh.

I visited this location to purchase mochi donuts and had a disappointing experience with the way my order was handled. While preparing donuts for a customer ahead of me, one of the staff members accidentally dropped three original donuts. She handled it correctly by setting them aside and starting fresh, later taking the dropped donuts to the back.
When it was my turn to order, I requested three original donuts as well, but I was told they were out and that it would take 10–15 minutes to make a new batch. I agreed to wait. However, less than five minutes later, the manager returned with my order and stated that they had “found some dough.” It was clear these were the same donuts that had been dropped earlier. When I asked directly, I was told they were not—which felt dishonest.
At that point, I changed my order to another flavor that I had seen come out fresh. My concern is not only about the mishandling of food but also about the lack of transparency. As a customer, honesty and food safety are non-negotiable. I would strongly advise others to make sure they see their order come out fresh, as the quality and integrity of the product may be questionable depending on who is on duty.
My family enjoyed the donuts so very unfortunate that it came with this experience.

Very good doughnuts in a good variety of flavors. We tried 3 and milk chocolate was the best. The ramen Korean corn dog was good too. They also have a boba shop that is in the same location but separates the payment under the name Daboba. A little higher than other doughnut shops but a cute place still!

Was our favorite place to go to but not going back after today . Service was terrible unwelcoming and really rude . Ordered a cup of ice and guy at the register said “we don’t have cups to give out” . I wasn’t asking for anything free I was ordering to pay for the cup of ice . Hire better employees.
