Loved the atmosphere from the entrance! Customer service from everyone is warm and welcoming. First time here and the service was fast and the donuts were delicious. Thai tea with honey boba and the flavors we selected were a great choice.

Minimum 3 mochinuts per order is nuts and lost me as a customer. Tip machine recommended minimum was set at 25%, and it's mostly a takeout restaurant. Bizarre place. Too bad because the mochi nuts were pretty good.

horrible service, took them 20 minutes to make two boba drinks and people who ordered after us received their orders before us. will not be returning again

Food was good! But very expensive! Also the only complain I have is that the guy there was very very rude!! He would just be there with his face like he was mad, I wish I could’ve took a pic of him, but it’s the one in a video someone else posted a review of him. Keep in mind they are always on their phones, awful customer service, there should be an adult supervising them

Doughnuts were fresh, chewy, warm and delicious. Cannot say more about how fresh everything was. My wife got the Korean corn dog with the hot Cheeto topping and she thought it went very well together.

Would come back again when I am in the area.

GREAT DONUT PLACE! Highly recommend. Customer service is amazing and they were very patient with my questions. They make everything fresh here and they definitely stand out from other Mochinut stores that I’ve been to. I can’t wait until they start serving soft serve ice cream again, I hear it’s soon!

This wasn’t my first time here but today is the worst experience.
I came in and ordered 3 pieces of donuts. The cashier didn’t tell me that the donuts weren’t ready or anything about waiting time. I paid for my order plus $2 tips (which is 20% of my order for togo). I don’t think I need to tip since it’s togo but anw I did.
After waiting 15mins without any notification, I came n asked a guy of staff that could help check on my order and how much more do I have to wait. He checked n told me that there’s order ahead me n from 5-7mins of waiting more to my order( and I already wait for 15mins). I told him well I have somewhere togo n I couldn’t wait more. He checked w his staff again n told me nothing they could do and would refund me if I gotta go.
I said fine, just refund me please. And when he proceeds the refund, I told him that nobody told me about the wait time which is such an inconvenience. He said he not the one took my order ( so irresponsible). And I told him you should check with your staff then so they not gonna waste customers time like this anm.
I got out , went home n realized I paid $2 tips for nothing. No more next time then!
