This is an adorable spot with a charming atmosphere that's perfect for a fun outing. However, I noticed that the cleanliness could use some attention; the trash cans were overflowing, and the tables seemed to need a good wipe down. Additionally, the yogurt machines occasionally require resetting, which can be a bit inconvenient. I also received some coupons through their mailers, but unfortunately, they were already expired when I got them, and the staff couldn’t honor them. With a little more focus on cleanliness and customer satisfaction, this place could truly be the yogurt spot.
We came in minutes before closing and Tony/Troy/Luke (a man of many names) was so helpful. I was having a really bad day, I got a ticket from an evil cop and then spent an hour on the wordle. Tony/Troy/Luke’s great attitude and customer service lifted my spirits and the açaí bowls were amazing. All of these Karens that are out here hating and that cop should have a really bad life!!!!
Delicious kosher frozen yogurt with cholov yisrael options!
Such a treat
Highly recommend 🩷
Friendly staff, not many dairy free options. 4.5
This place is a community staple! My kids love the yogurt. And this review is meant to give huge props to Kimberly who helped organize my daughter's 6th birthday party. She made it so easy and fun for all the kids! We had some extra kids show up and Kimberly handled it with such ease. She made my daughter feel extra special. She took great pictures of our family. She's excellent at what she does. I highly recommend Monster Yogurt for birthday parties. It's reasonably priced and they have a cute room in the back where they do activities and can host fun parties. Thanks, Kimberly and Monster Yogurt!
My 3year old grandson loves the frozen yogurt with fruit, as much as I do. It is extra special because there is a climbing area.
Loved the enviroment, service and yogurt!
Monster Yogurt is the place to take your kids to have fun while enjoying a sweet treat. We will be back soon!
fun place for the kids to get froyo and burn some energy
Was disappointed with the customer service of Troy at this location. Brought my daughter and her friend for some yogurt and my daughter's friend 6yrs old didn't realize that cookies and cream was chocolate. After I spent $14 on 2 yogurts for the girls she was crying because she didn't like chocolate. I told my friends daughter to ask the counter guy (who we had to hunt down cause he was sitting in the back room & not at counter) if she could switch out the flavor and Troy to my surprise actually said NO to the little girl and told her he's not going to give away free yogurt. Im sorry but spending $14 on yogurt is not free and specially when a little girl is crying cause she doesn't like it cause she didn't realize cookies and cream was chocolate. I think Troy needs to learn a little bit about customer service so this was a very disappointing experience. After this occurred, I took the girls to the bathroom and her yogurt got thrown away by Troy so in the end he had no choice but give her a replacement since he threw it away. This could have totally been avoided and done in the first place.

Great for the kids. Outdoor seating and indoor play areas. Yogurt was really good.
BAD SERVICE
I had come in before and wasn’t the most impressed by the service that night. I do have to say it was such an improvement coming in now. We were greeted immediately, the atmosphere was pleasant, everything was clean and delicious! My son especially loves the monster theme!! Highly Recommend!
The atmosphere is definitely for younger kids but it's super cute! Froyo was yummy too!!
The environment was overstimulating. Yogurt was OK.
