Took 17min to get 3 pieces of chicken to go. Had to wait another 15 for it to be eaten. Way to hot when first served. At least it was fresh.

Changed my review from 4 stars to 1 only because zero isn’t an option. One guy running the register, kitchen and service. Tasteless fried chicken, reheated and refried chicken with oil soggy buns for the burgers. Burgers were served on cold bread and microwaved when asked to be heated. Would recommend to anyone. Looks like they may shutdown soon anyway.

No taste at all in anything. Ate fried chicken, there chicken burger and fish. Everything was tasteless spent over $50 and had to throw Away all the food.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. went here 30 mins before closing time and they said they could make the order for us so we went! charging extra for pakola after their menu literally says “pakola 1.99” but charging more because it’s a combo! called them back the next day because we ate the food after the restaurant closed, food was bad! zinger burger had no flavor it’s like they were trying to get rid of us by just throwing the burger together!! fries were cold. bland and tasteless. the girl in the front told me to speak to the manager when i called, i spoke to him and he was yelling over me!!! LOL! i said one thing about temperature and he just went with that one thing disregarding everything else i said! horrible customer service, manager is beyond rude! horrible experience

DO NOT EAT HERE!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!! There were two guys whom I assume were owners, they did not speak and seemed upset we were even there. I was very concerned about sanitation as they were outside and came inside and begin handling the food without washing their hands or wearing gloves. The cook had gloves on but no one else did. I wish I would've asked for a refund but did not. I will never return!!

Very disappointed with how far the quality has fallen. Used to be one of my favorite burger spots. This is supposed to be considered a zinger burger? There’s no chicken inside. ??‍♂️

I am a bit disappointedWe ordered Uber eats from this place for dinner.First off they didn’t give French fries which was supposed to come with the 8 piece fried chicken orderThen their coleslaw which says it’s a LARGE order was literally enough for 1 person rather than 4-5 people (see photo)Then don’t get me started on the macaroni and cheese (see photo)Does this look appealing to you?I try to support all businesses but this was utter disappointment especially for the price they charge. $14.95 for a club sandwich?!!!Please get your act together!

I bought 8 piece with fries, biscuits and boba tea.Note: if you want spicy, you'll have to pay $4/5 more for friend chicken (makes no sense).Friend chicken = goodFries = goodBiscuit = not goodBoba = really bad (literally sugar water)Will I go back? Maybe, only for friend chicken.

“We went here 2 days back and ordered 4 piece chicken so it was 2 thighs and 2 legs.. one of the thigh was under cooked but other three pieces were pretty decent.It was a good experience over all. Chicken pieces were really big in size(smaller size is always preferable so they get cooked properly) and yeah I would recommend this place***If you are reading this owner pleaseee please please change your super sticky and gross ketchup bottles, its just a bad impression for customers***”

Drink machine broken! No boba! Stayed parched with this dry chicken! Ya no! 3 PC Chicken took 20 min's to come out! What?

The food was tasty. The buns were super fresh and fluffy.But the entire family fell sick last night after eating it. Burning sensation in the tummy and discomfort all thru the night. :(

We tried their club sandwich, fried fish and mangonada. Every item was freshly made and taste scrumptious. I'm definitely coming again with my family.

Staff was friendly and kind but the service was not very efficient/ quick. Restaurant ambiance wasn’t welcoming either. Let’s come to the food now! The zinger burger’s chicken was extremely dry but yeh French fries tasted good. :)
