Many so-called Japanese restaurants in the DFW area are heavily influenced by American or Korean styles, with little that truly sets them apart. We came on a Tuesday evening with no reservation and were seated immediately. Our server was very friendly and really helpful in explaining the menu items. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen, curry (not pictured), agedashi tofu, and the crispy rice.
