Decided to close their store but still had their website up to place orders despite that- submitted an order on Monday with no confirmation and then accepted the charges without delivering the food!!! If you are going to close your business, shut your website down BEFORE! Why would you accept a charge when you were closed and weren't providing services at that time. Terrible way to run a business

Oh my God what a lovely little place, this place took me back several years to my trip in Egypt! Amazing Egyptionnstreet food!!! Owners were supper friendly and very accommodating! We ordered the Koshari (Rice, pasta, lentils, chick peese, topped with red sauce and fried onions) completely vegitarion! We ordered The Tameya plate, (Egyptian flafel, round and covered with sesame seeds) also vegetarian, great flavors a bit different than other falafels but very yummy. The Foul Mudames (beans, with onions, pepers, paprika and a bit of cumon) great for dipping it with pitta bread. We ordered hummas, it was a but thick and I didnt care much for it as I am used to hummus mire creamy!

Had a great time in a fun atmosphere. Typical mexican specialties done right. Great service from Edgar and Alvaro. Stop by for two for one yard drinks!

Good food and great drinks. The staff were polite and engaging. Music was ok. Make time for this spot if you like Mexican food.

No Thank You

It was my first time here and it was great. The food was delicious and the staff who were there were friendly. You can't dine in at the moment, but that doesn't bother me in the least considering all that's going on.

Amazing food. I have never had Egyptian food. Dont worry if you have no idea what to order. They explain everything. Service is great. Food tastes great. I will recommend this to everyone. Great vegan options.

This place is quick, healthy, and great for branching out from more typical Mediterranean places. I got the ta'meya platter and mango juice.

The food is not bad but I give one star because the cashier over there very rude and has a zero customer service disrespectful and I asked her to many times to do a specific thing to my food she said I'm not gonna be able to do that , and what I think she is not even legal to handle a register because she is under 18 years old

Was skeptical of the new culture of food here. It turned out to be AMAZING! Versatile menu with SPECTACULAR service. Very friendly and informative. The restaurant was clean as a whistle. I RECOMMEND big time ?

My son and I visited tonight and had a great time. We have never had Egyptian food and the owner did a wonderful job of explaining everything and making recommendations. We live on the west side of Dallas but it was worth the drive for the unique options. We ordered 3 items he recommended and all were wonderful. Price was extremely reasonable for the amount of food we got. We are planning to return and try more things in the future.

Just walked out of the place with a full stomach and wanting to take a nap- with some take out to spare. Mediterranean is usually a hit or miss with me but my partner had it before and liked it so we came. NO REGRETS!!! We had three dishes that we split between the two of us. The koshari bowl, Ta'meya (falafel) plater, and Fattah w/ lamb shank plater. First dish we tried was the Koshari, which was wonderfully cooked, very tasty, and I highly recommend the spicy version. I promise it won't melt your tongue! It's one of the vegan options and FULL of carbs, chickpeas, rice, different types of pasta, and lintels topped with a tomato sauce, garlic sauce and fried onions. The owner said it would fill you up for hours and I believe him, we kept having to pull ourselves away to make sure we would have room for our other treats. Then we had the Ta'meya, which is a type of Egyptian falafel made of Fava beans instead of chickpeas. It came with a nice salad with a verity of veggies in it (onion, pepper, tomato) and a dip. I can't remember the name but it tasted like a creamy humus. It was hot and fresh and I loved dipping it. It's also vegan and I think would make a great lunch meal! Finally, the lamb shank came out. It's was so tender the plastic forks and knives cut it so easily it felt lIke it was practically coming off the bone. I loved it so much, and even the fatty bits were flavorful and soft! And there was still skin all over it with always is a boost of flavor. It was topped with some tomato sauce and on a bed of rice. Truly a meat lovers meal. I also want to mention the wonderful customer service. I never had Egyptian before and because mediterranean is a hit or miss- I was a little lost on what to order. The owner asked if we had been there before and wanted some explanations. I hadn't and I like recommendations so I nodded along and he explained everything in detail so I would know exactly what I was getting. It was hard to choose after! He also offered to bring out our food as it was finished being prepared so everything came out warm and fresh. So very nice. The place was also clean, well lit, and had plenty of decor to look at. As a tip, make sure to walk around to the street side for the proper entrance. We will come again!!! :) I already know my next order ;)

First time trying Egyptian food and I can honestly say I was not disappointed. The sweet woman who took our order and served us was kind enough to suggest the top favorites that were also featured in the Dallas observer. We got two dishes. The Koshari plate which was a pasta based dish was absolutely flavorful and filling. The red sauce is spicy and adds a very nice kick to it! The second dish was the Hawashi which looked like a beef empanada type meal. Once again very crispy and tasty. She really gave us a great first time experience and was very nice! Will be dining again soon!
