The food was pretty good. It's more family style, so you really don't need to have individual meals. It was a LOT of food that way. The only real individual items may be the ramen and some of the sides. Definitely suggest the fried mushrooms. We're almost an hour away, so we may return again.
I met my family here and we had a great time. Food was amazing and plentiful.I live close to the Dallas location and go there often so it was nice to visit this location to see the differences.

We did pick up, but the food was sooo good. Our order- 32 medium wings with French fries & sweet potatoes fries. Yangyum/original/cajun (dry rub). Crunchy, seasoned, juicy, and well-cooked. New favorite chicken place for sure ?? The Cajun wings alone got me hooked. No dipping sauces needed.

We went 1/27/2024 and it was so good! We got the combo platter chicken, combo fries, and ramen. That feed my family 4 very well. I felt like we got a good portion of everything we wanted to try. Our server was very kind but she was busy so didn’t feel like we could ask for anything but we really didn’t need anything. They give you a little trash bucket so that was nice. We spent $75 including the tip. Over all it was a great experience. We loved the music too!
Worst customer service! We waited to be seated for like 30 mins when there was open seats. the servers weren’t even saying anything and just rude. Please at least if your making someone wait be nice instead of rolling your eyes at them. We ended up leaving.

No. 1 Plus Chicken has been around the DFW Metroplex for a while and I’ve been a fan since I set foot in the Old K-Town location. And while that location is still around I think the Richardson location has surpassed it. It seems like the chicken at this place is a little more consistent that’s the original location. The flavor is spot on and the service is great. One of the things I really appreciate about this location is how spread out the tables are. If you have a larger party this place is so much better. You give up the pocha style feel, but don’t feel claustrophobic.
