I frequent this location often, and the staff are always kind and courteous. However, on my last two visits, the bundlets I purchased were not fresh. This was very disappointing, as I always expect great taste and freshness from Nothing Bundt Cakes. Perhaps this is a sign that I need to take a break from bundtlets for a while.

Ordered and choose a design in person for a bday cake pickup. We got the best support and recommendation for the woman working that day and came back about 30 mins later to pick up the cake on the same day! They have cute decorations and tons of designs to choose from for your special occasion.

I paid and ordered online for 2 dozen mini bundt cakes days before my event. My pick up time was 3pm. On the day of the event, which was a surprise party, I was so busy that I forgot to pick up my order. I realized around 7pm that I didn't pick up the cakes. I can't believe this location never called as a courtesy to see if I was picking up my order! Luckily, I realized it and hour before they closed. $60 for 24 small cakes that are smaller than a Cupcake and they didn't have the decency to call and check if I was still coming to get my order. They were about to close in am hour. Wow! And the parking situation is horrible there. Doesn't make it convenient.

Today is 12/31/2024. I've been through a lot this month, all of it painful. I went in today to get the order. I was sad, but a lady offered me a cupcake of my choice. She made my whole 2024 and my upcoming 2025 better. I won't forget her kindness. I wish we could see more people like her. Happy New Year!

I’ve had cakes from here before but had never bought one myself before so it was my first time here and i didn’t know how the wrapping of the mini cakes was. I bought one and then decided to ask after paying if they wrapped them and i apologized cause i know i should’ve asked before and the old lady at the register started huffing n puffing like working a register and charging $2 was such a big deal istg. Maybe ask customers if they want it wrapped?? super rude n girl I don’t write reviews but she pissed me off anyways definitely gonna go to all the other locations but this one ?

This is a great location. It’s my second time ordering from here. The first time no issues.
The second time, there was literally a tornado earlier in the morning. The lovely staff worked so hard to prepare the cake as quickly as possible despite the delay from the storm. It wasn’t their fault by any means. I’m so grateful that they didn’t toss quality out the window just to get it done. The cake is beautiful and my 19 yr old son loved it. Highly recommend this location. I will be ordering more in the future. Thank you ladies!!
