Diana D was nothing short of amazing. After driving to 3 locations Diana made a very kind gesture that brought me to tears tonight. I arrived to the location, it was close to closing and she greeted me with a very big smile and very positive attitude. Seeing her positive attitude and great customer service would make anyone’s bad day instantly go great. I hope to meet a lot more people like Diana in this world & I pray God bless her with many more years in this earth.I can’t thank her enough.. Thank you again Diana.

It wasn’t a very welcoming experience today. The workers weren’t the most pleasant or most helpful when inquiring about the app. While one attempted to explained, the other stared, & glared with no assistance…both watched as I walked out the door, and neither said thank you. Just was not a great experience today!

Diana is very rude. No customer service skills. She got upset because I changed the flavor of my bundlet before I paid for the order. Will not be going back and continuing to purchase with this type of behavior that is accepted at this store.

Very disappointing experience at this Nothing Bundt Cakes location. The older ladies are so incredibly dismissive and acted like they didn’t want my business. Just cold stares as I was looking for a gift and so rude, rushed responses. It felt like I was invisible or an inconvenience to them. This has happened many times but this time I have had it.
What made it worse is that my husband went in separately, and they treated him the exact same way. No effort to be polite, helpful, or even decent. It clearly wasn’t a one-time slip it seems like this is just how they treat people. Owner if you see this, just check your camera and you will know what kind of staff you have.

I've never felt so uncomfortable walking into a bakery before. I visited this Nothing Bundt Cakes location expecting the same warm, friendly service I've received at other stores but sadly, that was not the case. The staff was cold, distant, and almost completely avoidant. Not once did I feel welcomed or even acknowledged with basic courtesy. Instead, I was met with rude, dismissive attitudes that made me feel like I was bothering them just by being there.
All I asked for was a small, personal sized bundt cake which they offer at other locations but they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. There was no effort to be helpful or kind, just blank stares and cold responses.
I always go here for my family's birthdays or special ocassions, but their attitude for no reason isnt helping this location. I will not be going there anymore if this attitude doesnt change.

I did a pick up order online. I select that I would not be serving for the next 3 hours but when I picked up the order they were already defrosted. I order 2 gluten free and they were in the same container as the regular order. Cross contamination could really make someone sick. I am only 5 minutes away from the store and the box was already soggy once I got home. I know it’s hot outside but my car was completely cooled off. I am worried about the freshness for tomorrow’s birthday and I don’t know if I will serve the GF to my celiac friend.

I usually love Nothing Bundt Cakes, but this location was a major letdown. The customer service felt cold and uninviting—no smiles, no genuine interaction, just a robotic transaction that made me feel like an inconvenience. The cakes were just as disappointing—dry and lacking the freshness and flavor I expect.
I’ve been to other locations of Nothing Bundt Cakes that are completely different—in a good way. Friendlier staff, better quality, and a much warmer atmosphere. I haven’t been back to this location since my visit, and honestly, I don’t plan to.

Ordered and choose a design in person for a bday cake pickup. We got the best support and recommendation for the woman working that day and came back about 30 mins later to pick up the cake on the same day! They have cute decorations and tons of designs to choose from for your special occasion.
