Place is nice, it's self service but bar has service, you order and they bring the food, really fast, the food was ok, a little simple but maybe Cuz I ordered no spicy. I dunno.

The one star is only for the food- I felt no hospitality coming here. Tables were dirty with dirty plates on them. Have to use a kiosk to order which is terrible, paying for spice??????? Yelling the number on a microphone is so annoying. Getting your own water???? Wow no hospitality what so ever.

I tried the oni reaper (I chose fire for the spice level), and it was really really bland and watery. The main flavor was parmesan cheese and a sweet habanero-ish spice, and it was lacking ANY other flavor, including salt. The yakitori was charred black, and one out of the two skewers was too bitter to eat. The karaage batter was really bland and had a gummy texture. I try not to leave bad reviews, but I was really disappointed in everything I ordered :(

Please give it a chance and ignore any bad reviews from people being upset about stuff they could of easily figured out them selves. My FAVORITE ramen spot. No other place compares and I’ve been to a lot of them. Me and my wife literally drive from Fort Worth to eat here atleast twice a month but I make sure to stop here any time I have to be in the area. I will say I never leave a tip, it isn’t a tip type of service in my opinion but it’s still great. You serve your own water and get your plates when your # is called (pretty simple). Spice RESPONSIBLY lol, I ate here maybe 10 times before I even tried spicing it and finally worked my self up to Demon today.. ( don’t try it unless you want to suffer, the spice before this was pretty bad as well ) but I finished it all.

The sides are over priced. Most of the time I add more meat or extra sides they give you a very small portion. This tempura shrimp side is $4.25 for this amount, it just feels wrong to pay that amount for the serving that you get.

My experience here was very unpleasant I came in on my lunch break and didn’t like the quality of my food and the manger on duty refused to give me my money back and told me to call corporate even after I stated I didn’t want anything else . If someone is unhappy with the quality of food there no restaurant should be refusing to refund me my money back that I paid for . So I have to sit with food I will not eat . The manager Piki didn’t try to accommodate me for my meal or anything just flat out told me to call corporate. And didn’t want to give me her name or anything I guess cause I’m black and there nothing she feel fit was wrong with my food she refused once shack to give me my money back . And she took the food back and still refuse to give me anything.

Been going to Oni Ramen for years in Dallas and was always an issue trying to get there. After this location opened, was so happy, and even better, is that the quality of the food and service hasn’t changed. Place is clean and the food is better than ever!

Came in after work 30 min before they where supposed to close and when I went to open the door it was locked and I was just ignored. Keep in mind I took the tollway just to make it in time
Got here and it was already closed. They close at 10:30 not 11pm. so unhappy.

We arrived 25 prior to closing and the doors were locked. Female bartender refused to look in our direction and was just eating away at the bar. No worries, I took my business elsewhere

Never been here before, but food was delicious and very quick service. I loved the art work inside, as well as the comfortable space inside the building. Nice aestetic all around. A bit pricey at least for mine, but that's also because I ordered 2 different appetizers to share with my daughter and her friend. Otherwise, I probably would've spent about $25 for my ramen dish 😊
