I remember why I quit eating Panda now. This location is horrible. First, the robot in the drive-thru is pointless. You cannot cancel orders, change orders, add to orders. An employee is supposed to come to the intercom, that didn't happen. Did not get a total except for a loud static noise. My daughter and I went to the window and saw 6 employees standing around laughing. 3 of them looked at the window and walked away. The person who was supposed to be there as we drove up laughed and walked away. Almost 2 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged. We drove off. Panda stop with a robot it's trash. People like humans! Also get better training with your workers which means management is trash. My 10yr old stated she does not want your food anymore as well as I. Do better!

Chicken spoils quickly at room temperature. Starts to rot with a foul smell after just a couple of days storage. Generous portions for the money but doesn't lend itself well to storage for leftovers. Be careful with quantities or you may find yourself unintentionally wasting food.

As for the complaints about the drive thru and automated ordering system, that's just people not being smart with their time.

Unless you just like wasting your time and breathing in vehicle exhaust, the smart money is to order through the mobile app instead. Your phone notifies you when your order is ready for pickup. Park your car and go in to pickup your food instead. That's not rocket science, people.

Worst drive thru ever not only its expensive but they serve you no meat at all several times I've gone by there and i get home and there little to no meat or chicken plenty of rice dried up crunchy rice so its the lo-mein ,how do they make noodles crunchy! .its a waste of money you better off going to the Bistro on Audelia and walnut st.

First and last time coming to this location. There is ABSOLUTELY NO reason why y’all are serving straight cabbage for lo mein noodles. I only got two small forks of noodles and had to pick through the short noodles just to eat them. They know themselves wouldn’t want to be served straight cabbage… that’s not wait I paid $45 for. I’m sure you can imagine how much noodles I got out of all this bs.

Excellent customer service! When asked about fresh crab Rangoon, they graciously offered to make me some. The manager was friendly and ensured that we were happy with our order!!! Will definitely come back to this location!!!
