One of the best Panda Express experiences I’ve had. Food was hot and fresh, service was excellent, and store was well kept and clean. Alex did a wonderful job checking in on us to make sure we were happy. 10/10, will be back!

The food was great the person on the line greeted me which was great the dining room was pretty clean. the only part that was not ok was I noticed a cook was on his phone when he was waiting for food to cook, and I didn’t see him wash his hands after he put his phone away and went back to work. Personally I think there should be no phones near food equipment because of the risk of contamination.

Didn’t get a chance to experience the “atmosphere” as i was made to wait outside in 45° weather Not only this, they didn’t have the meat i ordered online, and we waited, for an order placed 30 minutes before the pickup time. You’d think if a place is open for certain hours, they’d actually be open that long and prepare for customers from open to close. Won’t be back for a while.

I ordered the first time for delivery… used points from my app and money… the order never came. The points were never given back. Second time thought I would go and pick it up so I could ensure I received the order unlike the delivery order… my order that I placed was not given as I requested. The kitchen seemed to make their own take on my order. I asked for extra chow main and that’s what I was wanting more than anything. I received half a container of string beans chicken. I didn’t asked for two orders of that… I asked for two orders of the chow main. So I get it… give up on panda express as the simple order I placed with all of their menu options, is still just too difficult. My shrimp still had tails, and was given in the smaller excuse for a box! I was given a child’s weight in string beans chicken though… thank you panda express for altering my order and ensuring I will find another place to eat from here on out! Lessons learned

Found this panda not so long ago wanted to go get some eats man always loved panda and man was I disappointed by this one I’m guessing this was the manager his name was Pete low key was having a good day I guess he wasn’t and the entire time I mean just absolutely rude seemed to be in a rush under scooped my orange chicken and asked him if that was normal he said yes. I understand some folks have bad days or off days but he’s always like that when he serves me and served others I’ve heard from friends in town definitely wouldn’t come back to that location if he’s still there put someone else in charge who knows how to talk to people.
