One of the best Panda Express experiences I’ve had. Food was hot and fresh, service was excellent, and store was well kept and clean. Alex did a wonderful job checking in on us to make sure we were happy. 10/10, will be back!
The food was great the person on the line greeted me which was great the dining room was pretty clean. the only part that was not ok was I noticed a cook was on his phone when he was waiting for food to cook, and I didn’t see him wash his hands after he put his phone away and went back to work. Personally I think there should be no phones near food equipment because of the risk of contamination.
The only complaint is the portion size. They vary from who is serving. One time, I had four pieces of chicken on my kung pao; the rest was just chili and veggies. Another time the orange chicken tasted old, like it had sat their for a while. The Cashew Shrimp is the best thing on the menu. I really like it. I wish they brought back their black pepper chicken. That was my favorite.
