First, I'm going to this location. The bagel was burnt. It didn't look like a cinnamon crunch bagel, but it was early in the morning. I had to go to work didn't have time to circle back. I wouldn't go to this location again.

CNBC recently published an article stating Panera is losing customers due to smaller portions.
I just ordered lunch for the group and here is what one of the women received, her hand is on the smaller side and she ordered half sandwich with mac&cheese.
Smaller portions are fine, even good, however match the price with the portion.

I love that tall beautiful man with the dreads I think his name started with a B. He made my experience all the much better when my day wasn’t going well and he deserves to be promoted!!

The best Panera I've ever been to! The atmosphere is welcoming and we'll maintained. The food is great. But what really sets this place apart is the staff! They are friendly and customer focused. Excellent service and amazing attitudes.

It is Panera. Food was good and soup was warm. Nothing really different than from other locations. Having stated that, I get that we all have bad days but the staff as a whole seemed to be having some challenges. I get it. Customer service is tough. It is hard to be on. However, it really brought the atmosphere down. A fog hanging over the area. I felt like they would have preferred if I left. I will try again. Hopefully it was just a down day. There werent that many people in the restaurant so I dont think it was a volume thing.

Whether it’s the fresh soup straight from Panera’s kitchen or bought in a container from the grocery store I highly recommend. The tomato, baked potato, or squash soup will not disappoint you.
Goodness, the squash soup bought directly from the restaurant and the store bought are equally as good. I hope the squash soup is available forever.

Really impressed with Alicia the store manager here. They got my order messed up (wrong sandwich) and even though they're 7 minutes down the street, I didn't feel like driving to resolve this due to the bad traffic - I also don't HATE tuna but the price is different and I wanted bacon today lol. Called the store and Alicia took care of business for me and remedied the situation. Grateful!!!

I picked up my half Fuji apple salad and half sandwich. When I go to my office I noticed the dressing was not the right one. I drove back and the manager was super nice and apologized. He gave me an oatmeal cookie while I waited and apologized again. He then hands me my salad and made me a full salad. I didn’t ask for any of this as it was a simple mistake, but I sure do appreciate it. Great customer service!!! Thank you mister for making my day.

During the lunch hour I purchased an Italian half sandwich with a soup and unfortunately the day crew dropped the ball and my sandwich wasn't fresh the lettuce was old and the meat tasted funny (NOW I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE BEFORE HERE THE FOOD HAS ALWAYS BEEN FRESH AND GOOD) but the day crew dropped the ball I went into the store after I got off of work at around 8:00 and the night crew was on the manager named Anthony and the and the young lady on the register named Crystal was there I explained to them the situation that the food wasn't fresh and the lettuce seems old and to my surprise the managers as well as Crystal took full accountability and fully understood my situation and that it is a possibility that the food just may not have been fresh at that time that meant a lot to me because a lot of restaurants will not take accountability of their fault kudos to Anthony and Crystal they should get a raise 😍😊

Updated review a year later: The same manager still working hard and being courteous. I ordered a Souffle and they didnt have any more and I ordered a different sandwich. I guess I looked dissappointed and when he asked if I had an account (yes, I do), he offered a great discount because they didn't have what I ordered originally.
Original Review:Compared to another location i visit more regularly and somehow 4 out of 5 times are out of coffee, THIS location and the manager are awesome. This morning they were replacing the coffee as I walked in. Saw the manager (his name starts with a 'K') doing everything, cleaning around, brought my order to table when I was supposed to pick up, asking everybody if they needed anything. Good job!
