Don't know why they have a such a shitty rating. They canceled orders and say the manager did it but there is no manager to talk to but it wasn't them who canceled it

When I order a pizza from this place they leave my pizza on the floor outside. They don’t even knock on the door to let us know the pizza has arrived.

Just nasty 🤮 sweat everywhere... Digging in his ass. And wiping his face ... Just trash... Asked about gloves... The have none ... Wow RSVP and other virus are out here... I would not feed my dog from here and I don't have a dog...... Somebody needs to check this location before Heath department shows up........

Ordered a ranch pepperoni thin crust pizza. What i got was a partial thin crust pepperoni pizza with the standard tomato sauce. The other 2 pizzas i ordered had huge pizza bubbles and the parmesean garlic breadsticks weren't brushed with the garlic sauce like usual and looked dry. Really disappointed with this purchase. Do better guys.

So I ordered a pizza and told the store I will pay with cash.. the Store said OK and that they will send a driver but they didn’t make me aware that it was a DoorDash driver. So basically the DoorDash driver came to my door and said he didn’t have change so need not wanting to just take the pizza without paying said OK take the $50 and whatever’s in the change you can keep as a tip but he misunderstood and I said OK well I can’t just not pay for my pizza. So I called the store and the Man Stated that the DoorDash drivers always know whether it’s cash or a card so the DoorDash driver lied and they told me to get in touch with DoorDash and as I called the customer service for DoorDash they did not answer. So I called the store back and they said that I can get five free pizzas and when I just called to try to make an order, they told me that I would still have to pay and they acted brand new and lied about their name in each time when I try to get in touch with a general manager, the general manager is not there so all in all somebody’s lying and I will get the police involved because they’ll do anything for an extra tip, it was up to the worker to tell me the customer that it was going to be a DoorDash driver. I will report this store.

I’m a loyal Papa John’s customer. This is my first time at this location. If I could give 15 stars just for service I would. Tanner, Shametria, and the crew were exceptional!

Papa John’s corporate… As a customer I sincerely hope you take care of your employees because the people make the business. You’ve got a great crew here of hard-working people. Please reward them.

Thank you again to the crew for your positivity your customer service and remaking my pizza after I lost mine. This is a prime example of treating the customer.

Disgusting!
Best part of my meal was the Pepsi and I don’t even like Pepsi.
Waited an hour to get my food and everything was cold. Could not enjoy it at all. This is the last time I order from this location.
Not to mention very poor quality.

After being 30 minutes late I called MULTIPLE times to cancel. Everytime someone hung up on me. I then got online to try and cancel my order to no avail. An hour after my order was supposed to arrive some guy in a wifebeater showed up with the food on camera but we were no longer home. My delivery quoted time was 32-42 minutes. Would not order from this location again.
