Check your food before you leave this place!! I ordered my food for pickup and I entrusted my order was correct. I usually check but it was pouring outside and this time I didn't, but I SHOULD HAVE. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with bacon and pepperoni. Why did I open my pizza box to find a stuffed crust pizza with a sprinkle of cheese and tons of TOMATOES!? No pepperoni and no bacon that were an extra $4 combined to add. There was one employee at the counter, one making pizza, and the other just leaning on the counter looking around. Just extreme laziness to package this mess. Unacceptable. Not to mention on a previous order I ordered cheese and bacon cheesesticks for delivery, and I got a 10 inch pizza with cheese and bacon?! Ridiculous.

I get pizza all the time from different pizza places and never had a pizza look this way . I asked for extra sauce because I don’t eat cheese but as you can see it’s nowhere to be found along with all my toppings are burnt . I called the restaurant all the lady could recommend is a “discount “ on my food . Her excuse for it looking this was because it got “cold” when the driver got the pizza . Like why would you sell something that’s cold and I would never order from here ever again poor customer service ??.

My food was of extremely poor quality. The lady who brought it to my car was very nice. Nonetheless the food was poorly made and it was obvious no one cared about the quality. I brought this for the last gathering before my daughter left to the military. I didn’t want to waste more time by coming back to get it all remade because it was ALL of poor quality. The garlic crust was burnt and you couldn’t taste the garlic flavor. There was another pizza and it was dry and unappetizing as well. The breadsticks were dry. I was really shocked since Papa John’s is my favorite. The Twix dessert was the worst of them all. There definitely needs to be quality control at this location.

I ordered a pizza for delivery last night at 10pm and it wasn’t deliver, my husband went to the store this morning to get a refund and the person there didn’t believe him at first, then my husband shows him the receipt, so now I have to wait 2-3 business days to get my refund…
The food is not consistent. Last pizza I got from here was not the best and did not look like a Papa John's pizza. I have reached out to the company to inquire about the quality or the lack thereof and have not heard back. Not sure if it's just this location or Papa John's everywhere that has a decrease in the quality of what they are serving customers.

This place is terrible. Multiple orders, each one more incorrect than the last. The Assistant Manager, John, can't ever seem to find the credits they apply for their errors. No problem. Final straw? I place an order, regardless of the credits he can't find, and I pay full price for the order. An hour and a half later, no pizza. I call to check in, the young lady can't find it in the system, though John ran my card. She puts him on the phone to resolve, he immediately puts me on hold for another 8 minutes and tells her to tell me that I can either come and get it myself or get a credit. Mind. Blown. I tell the young lady that those will NOT be the options, that he will either make it and bring it as they should have to begin with, or give me a refund. Ultimately, she took it upon herself to remake the order and said she would deliver it herself. THAT is the service that John should be providing. He's beyond rude, disrespectful, and dismissive; I recommend not even putting yourself in the position to encounter him. I hate that, because generally the staff (though they make mistakes as we all do) are kind. I was willing to work with that. I cannot work with John.

Everything is great I order Pizza Hut they never showed so I order papa johns they got here first lol I’m still waiting on the Hut and it was fresh bit more on the money side but it was worth it

I ordered a pizza from this location its 12 degrees outside the delivery driver never knocked on my door and just left the pizza on the floor it was hard as rock when I got it worst place ever not even a phone call ?
