Mackenzie the to-go server is so sweet. I truly don’t think I’ve ever met anyone as sweet and professional as she is in the service industry. Her customer is top notch. I have been to this location several times and her customer service is 10/10 every single time. I love this location just because of her and we need more servers like Mackenzie.P.S.- Pappadeaux this sweet lady deserves a raise or promotion. She’s such a great employee and representation for your business.

I had not been to this Pappadeaux in probably at least 10 to 15 years, but the food was still great. The service was excellent.This was my seafood place to go when I lived in the North Dallas area.
Delicious seafood! I had the chopped salad with crawfish. The dressing has just the right amount of sweetness and tang and the crawfish were perfectly fried. I've also had the shrimp & grits, which were amazing. The service is good, but can be a bit slow when they're really busy. But the staff have always been very friendly!

I love seafood and Pappadeaux restaurants. My husband and I were in Dallas for an event and knew ahead of time that we would go there. We were not disappointed!! Kim, our hostess, was amazing! She was very prompt, attentive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She promptly greeted us and smiled each time she visited our table. I ordered the stuffed shrimp meal and my husband ordered the red snapper meal with a side of fried shrimp. Both were so delicious!!! We ordered spinach and crab dip as an appetizer. It was good, but not our favorite. My husband’s margarita was very good also. A great date night!!
Always a great place to enjoy seafood with a flare. Only reason a 4 star on atmosphere is the noise. We were here at the lunch rush, so somewhat expected.
