The food was not cooked and had sand and not washed and the waitress was really rude.

This place isn’t cheap but you get what you pay for. They also provide plenty of food. You will not leave hungry. We had the shrimp fajitas and they were outstanding. The frozen margaritas also hit the spot. Our waiter, Joshua, was very attentive. The entire staff was also friendly. I will definitely return. Located conveniently on U.S. 75 north frontage road.

We loved our visit to Papasitos. Even during a busy lunch rush, our drinks were always refilled, and we never wanted or needed anything. We all raved about our food, which was excellent. The fajitas, in particular, are top notch. We had such a great meal on our visit to Dallas, we ate here again the next day.

We worked with Pappasito's Cantina for our Wedding at the Dallas Arboretum and they were absolutely wonderful! Communication was easy and Julie gave us several good food recommendations to build our perfect Stations Menu. The bartenders were great and the food was outstanding!Would highly recommend

I called last Thursday with details of a catering I needed this Thursday. I was told they could do it and that a manager would call on Friday for details and to take the order. I never received a call and decided to call Monday. Manager was not available but was told they would call me. Finally received a call and now for some reason they cannot do the catering and I am stuck working to get this done. I love the Pappas chain of restaurants but will not recommend their catering service.

Our company chose Pappas Catering for the BBQ for our Thanksgiving celebration. It was a huge hit! The food was great and the staff was even better! Very friendly and engaging! We have used Pappas for several of our company events and we will continue to do so because the service is on point!

While eating out with some friends from out of town we decided to all go to Pappasitos, being my first time with the "Pappa's" chain of restaurants I was excited, the big sign saying "Famous for Fajitas" was really enticing too. We were quickly seated and our waiter was with us very fast. She was excellent, I wish I could have grabbed her name, but she was amazing in every way possible, and provided great service. We decided to order queso blanco, it was good but the portion was very small for what they charge, I decided to order the fajitas, and everyone else ordered something else. Our food came out quick, but my fajitas were very mediocre and were a huge letdown from the sign outside. One of my other friends found their food to be lacking too. Once the bill came that was the worst part, each dish was around $25-$30, and I have had much better for dishes at or below that price. In the end, I left feeling very underwhelmed and disappointed. I can't say I'd recommend this place, it seems they put all their attention into the wait staff and none into the kitchen.

Papas Catering did a fabulous job with my son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and we did everything via email as we were not in the same cities.

We were so pleased that Pappasito's was next to our departure gate, and that we had time for a nice meal there. We were seated and served quickly, and back to our gate in about 25 minutes. The food was excellent- really tasty tacos and enchiladas- and the service was outstanding. Would love to stop by there again on future flights through DFW.

Had a gift card for any Pappadeauxs eatery and decided to hit the Pappasitos in Richardson TX. With the pandemic we opted to get our dinner as takeout. No issue ordering though it seems the menu offers a limited variety of meals, maybe with the pandemic it has been reduced. I was last there over 15 years ago but had fond memories of the meal and quality. We went with an order of fajita chicken nachos ($17.80) and an order of fajita beef nachos ($20.95) plus Tres Leche cake ($8.35) and an order of Sopapillas ($4.15). They provided salsa and chips too. Got home and was flabbergasted at the poor quality of the nachos. Granted they are always better eaten as they come out of the kitchen but theses really looked like something you would get at fast food place. VERY little chicken or beef on the nachos and VERY little included guacamole/sour cream. I wish I had taken a photo as you cannot imagine how disappointing it was to open that take out container. I understand times are hard but they are going to get harder for Pappasitos if this is what they regard as a good plate of nachos. No flavor and the tortillas chips had a peculiar odor that also permeated the salsa and the Sopaillas. Maybe the fryer oil hasn’t been changed in a long time, I don’t know but it was not good. Let’s just say that the whole meal was disappointing from every aspect. Price was way too much since you can get better quality and larger portions from any independent Mexican restaurant. My wife said the Tres Leche had a weird odor too. Bottom line, they had their chance and next time I will just re-gift any gift card with Pappadeaux on it.
