I haven't been here in many many years, so I don't really remember what the food was supposed to taste like, but I went last week for a company event and the food was disgusting. I ordered chicken flautas, and I don't know how to explain it, but the chicken has sort of a vomit aftertaste. The same with the salsa. The strawberry lemonade was delicious. They overly tried to upsell their special which was like $135. We were clearly ordering from a lunch menu, but they offered the special four or five times which was a little aggressive. I was very disappointed and glad that I didn't have to spend my own money.

Pappasito's is an amazing restaurant to eat at. It has been one of my favorite places to eat ever since I was little. I absolutely love their fajitas, and their steak is always amazing. I want to give a special shout out to Jannah B. She has been the absolute best waitress I've ever had here.

I had such an outstanding experience at Pappasito’s, and I really want to highlight the incredible job the manager, Bre, did. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless, welcoming, and well-run — which says a lot about their leadership.
Bre was attentive without hovering, genuinely kind, and clearly invested in making sure every guest had a great experience. You could tell they set the tone for the entire team — staff members were friendly, efficient, and upbeat, and everything from service timing to atmosphere was spot-on.
It’s rare to see management so present and engaged, and it truly made a difference. This is the kind of leadership that keeps people coming back. Huge thanks for making our visit such a great one — we’ll absolutely be returning!

The tortilla soup made me sick, the chicken flautas and kids nachos where not edible. Our waitress was less than attentive. This is the 2nd time our visit here was incredibly disappointing I will not be back.

This was my very first visit to this Pappasito’s location, and wow—what a great choice! From the moment we sat down, Alfred took care of us like we were longtime regulars. He had the perfect balance of friendly energy, great timing, and genuine attention.
Every recommendation he made hit the spot, and he checked in just enough to make sure we were always good without ever feeling rushed. You can tell he really enjoys what he does, and it absolutely shows in the service.
